I went to the Clifford St location @ 800 O'Clock April 3 I was wanting a bowl (PB drizzle) the guy at the register told me that they stop selling bowls at 800 o'clock so I couldn't get one and that was the whole reason for the trip there very disappointed makes no sense being there open til 900 pm

Compliments to Tina the new manager. She’s doing an excellent job maintaining good customer service. Hailey is one of the staff members and she provides efficiently fast and friendly service. She is very knowledgeable on all the smoothies. Compliments also to two new workers Malik and Keiphan. Great service from them too.

Well the registers don't work today and evidently they can't take cash if that occurs :/ they had to turn away several people while I was there. Very confused why they can't just use a calculator and put it in later. I love the smoothies but they need to have a backup method for when registers are down... strange..

Great workers and kind, the problem is and not exaggerating, but they keep running out of product and supplies. Bowls, gloves etc…. I understand this happening once, not multiple times. Happened again today. Management is the problem or the owner. Great bowls when I can get one

If i could give this store 0 stars i would. I’m not sure what the goal of this store is but it is not satisfying the customers with a healthy smoothie. I came in the other day and instead of being welcomed the lady at the front ignored me and continued making (what i’m assuming is her friend) a bunch of smoothies and a bowl (which would be fine but he was standing across the counter telling her what smoothies he wanted and what to add while I was waiting to order one smoothie, I would have paid for) . As i was waiting i saw a secret exchange happen between the blonde employee and some older man. All during this i wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. Usually i come and the ladies are nice and friendly but this isn’t the first time i’ve seen a secret exchange happen for smoothies at this location. My whole smoothie experience is ruined i will not be returning.

Please don’t come here unless you want a completely silent visit with zero welcoming faces. I ordered my regular and this is the first time I’ve received complete garbage in a cup. (Where is my frozen yogurt?)

I went in to pickup my smoothies that I ordered online and it was buy one get one free today. I'm looking and there are no free smoothies with my order, I address the employee Trinity with my concerns and this little girl was very insolent to me in front of my 9 year old daughter. So, I requested to get the managers number to file a complaint on her. Mr. Terrance addressed my concerns as well as he made the situation better. He assured me that this is not the level of customer service that should be displayed. I was offered a gift card due to the inconvenience that the employee caused me. Remarkable customer service from the district manager was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Mr. Terrance for taken care of me and my concerns today.
