Absolutely AMAZING staff! They are so helpful and patient, answered every question I had and never rushed me once!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop, huge thanks to khay and Reese for making me comfortable and heard when I was super indecisive. Yall are the best of the best!!!! If I could rate 10 stars I would! The products are better than any other store I’ve ever been to prior to finding this place. Thanks again yall!

Don't go here. The girls that work here are the absolute worst. I mean the absolute worse. Place has zero business and I think it's just used to clean money because I know that can't stay in business with as rude as the employees are and the simple fact no one ever goes in. I damn sure won't ever shop there.

Definitely should've looked at prior reviews before coming here.. Bought a vape yesterday at 4:43pm and not even 24 hours it is completely burnt. Tried to go to the store to have them replace it they automatically would not swap it and manager was not helpful. Won't be returning a waste of money 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Garbage at a terrible price with rude managers, that get aggressive if you have a problem with their products. Just drive up the road some and spend your money elsewhere. People running a business with no customer care need to be boycotted to let real business owners flourish.

Rude people, not helpful at all just nope as a response to everything. Literally only 4-5 flavors of regular elf bars. Can't even park in the parking lot without the staff or their visitors giving you a hard time when your just trying to be a paying customer. Go literally anywhere else you would have better service and luck at a gas station or literally any other smoke shop. *The rude people I dealt with were a girl with long red hair and a girl with short blonde hair. I went there on November 23rd some time after 12 pm.

Trash vape store with old burnt vapes.Don't offer refund either. Don't go to this vape store.Read one star reviews. Owner shouldn't be running a busy at all.Also everything is overpriced probably cause the lack of people coming back.

I don't know her name... but she's helped me a couple times. Her knowledge is exceptional on every product the store sells. (at least everything I've bought) But I'm guessing she knows it all. If she's not the owner they should be happy to have her as an employee. She helped me today with a product I was curious about. She had all the answers and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you

This place is absolutely horrible, the people working there are so rude and speak to you any way they see fit, they even take it upon themselves to put their hands on people. It is not ok and the issue needs to be addressed. No establishment has the right to forcefully push anyone out of the building specially if they are just workers not even owners of the building. Both associates working their pushed my niece. She has a severely messed up back from a previous accident and they hurt her.

I bought a 3 pack of triple mesh tfv 16 coils and was charged 21 dollars! Metroplex vapor has them for 7 dollars per 3 pack. Beyond ridiculous pricing.
