4K UNQ sticks are no good they leak after a week and is extremely hot to touch. Returned to store to exchange and was told owner know they leak and stop working after a few days and there are always bad one's in the bunch but she will not exchange. Don't buy from this Smoke Zone they sale things that don't work properly and the owner know this but continues to take your money and sale faulty products. Will be trying to get shop closed down

I went into this store this morning like my 4th visit & waited forever for someone to come out, bought a vape got to work opened it and it was burnt out tasting like plastic. soon as i got off i went to try to exchange it for another one and the lady at the front told me i was lying and never bought that vape from there. & when i explained to her that i bought it from a gentlemen she called me a liar and claimed to of been there all day. She then proceeded to tell me that i needed a receipt after i explained to her i paid in cash and he said no receipt, then she pulled the receipt machine open to find no receipt paper. This stores a fraud/scam

I'd give them a 5 but I still think they're a lil too expensive compared to other similar smoke shops I've visited locally. Otherwise, great staff, great customer service, and they stay open late. I've been going here for 2 and a half years and I've never had a bad experience. This is my "go to," smoke shop mainly bc of convenience. They really do prioritize customer satisfaction?

One of the workers suggested the most expensive delta-8 and said it was great, when it actually tastes like straight chemical. It’s the worst one I’ve ever tried. Then they wouldn’t exchange it or even try to make it right.

This is the ONLY smoke shop I go to. They have a wide variety of products, it’s not something you want that they don’t have. Everyone polite even the employees stop by and see them you won’t be disappointed.
