The bathrooms never work, it's the third time I've been here so far this year, but this last time I had a bad experience, I couldn't decide which shoes to get because of the need to go to pee. So I asked to the assistant if I could use the bathroom and she told me that there is no bathroom service so I left the store buying nothing, she preferred to lose the sale than open the damn bathroom. So I wonder if there are no bathrooms where the employees can do their needs.

I love Skechers shoes! Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Lots of great styles for everyone. They are lightweight but very durable. Very breathable too. Great for casual or more dressy.

Worst shoe shopping experience by far. The Whole store has a promotion for buy one get one 1/2 off; Sounds good but I only needed only 1 pair, we just came from the mall across the street where we saw all the same shoes for $29; this is supposed to be an (Outlet Store) but the prices are $44-49+ so even half off the second pair still cost more. This applied to multiple pairs I looked at, Even worse they are on sketchers website for $29 also!!!I asked to price match they said departmental mumbo jumbo, can't do it, By this time I'm furious and I asked if there really gonna let money walk out the door, the supposed Manager shrugs and says can't help, can't price match! No Wonder the store was empty the whole 30 mins we were there, it's an obvious scam. I'm officially done with SKETCHERS BRAND, CANCELED CULTURE.This is a big expensive lot sure they can't pay the Rent watching money walk out the door... Starting a boycott going to be reporting this and reposting to my YouTube channel and many many more social media outlets & reviews & Cancellations. This isn't Nike. It's worn out sketchers Brand, & no way these shoes are worth $65 on average. Even the Sandles $55 ? same ones at target for $14. Such a SHAM AND PITIFUL.....

Recently went and an employee gave us false information and when we went up to the cashier and told them they did not wanted to respect what the other employee told us regardless that they confirmed with her that it was her mistake and the cashiers where rude. Don’t recommend coming here if employees are going to be rude and give false information and not respect it

I can always find something on sale or worth considering in the Sketchers store even if I don't find my perfect shoe or size.

it was a weekend, but there were few customer. and It is marked as clearance, but the actual price did not feel like that.
