This is the absolute WORST medical center I have ever dealt with. They diagnosed my husband's stroke as an ear infection. Now he has a mass in his chest and we have been trying for DAYS to reach someone to get the referral sent to the surgeon and we can't actually talk to a real person. No one answers the phone, and no one answers at any extension that you push. If you have any type of serious illness, this is NOT the place to go.

I switched over to Fossil Creek Medical a couple of months ago because of the phenomenal reviews they got on my NextDoor app. PA Destonee Wilson is knowledgeable and professional and I am most impressed by her bedside manner. She is patient, caring, listens attentively to patient concerns and takes her time to answer questions. She is thorough in her plan of testing for and treating patient health issues. The nurses and office staff are kind and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

My experience with Fossil Creek Medical Center is much the same as other reviews. The reception staff is disconnected and lacking basic customer service skills. Dr. Brady engages you with a friendly, concerned approach but does not treat your symptoms. He orders unnecessary labs/X-rays that have nothing to do with the symptoms you present. In my case, blood work came back from the lab with results confirming symptoms I had related to him in our consultation but the clinic sent me an email saying everything was fine. No call or follow up from Dr. Brady or anyone else. I have a knee/ligament injury for which Dr. Brady ordered an X-ray. Ligaments do not present on an X-ray. This was a waste of my time, my money and unnecessary insurance billing. I called Fossil Creek Medical Center several times and was put into an erroneous voicemail message. I finally decided to go in person and was denied access to Dr. Brady. The offered to set me up for another paid appointment. I asked for Dr Brady to call me at his convenience. He did not but had the clinic manager call me. I explained my experience yet again and was told this is their standard practice. At this point, I fired them and informed the office manager I would file a formal complaint. I received a call from Dr. Brady 2 days following that conversation. He admitted knowing the X-ray would come back negative and said insurance requires him to order that test first, then order rehabilitation then injections and finally an MRI which is the only method to find ligament damage. He then suggested more testing that had nothing to do with my symptoms. I have decided to never return to that facility or Dr. Brady again. My experience left me feeling as if I and my insurance would continue to pay for unnecessary testing yet never receive treatment for the symptoms I reported. Make your own decisions but many of us have experienced similar treatment

Dr. Ryan Simonak is the best doctor I have ever seen. My 82 year old mother is the patient and he spends so much time with her. He always listens to us and answers everyone of our questions. He is always available when we have questions even when she has been in the hospital. I have never seen a more compassionate doctor.

Stay Away!!!I was advised that it'd be almost 2/3 months to get a new patient appt. They booked me for a day that I advised them would more than likely not work for me. I tried to move my appointment numerous times and the dates kept pushing MONTHS out. If this doctors office is not competent enough to just simply get someone in as a new patient when they advertise that they are accepting them I can only imagine how terrible the care is.My in laws and Husband have used this doctor for years and are a testament to how bad this office is or rather it has gotten. They can't diagnose and shot gun you to specialists making everything super unaffordable. Like why have a PCP that can't diagnose or be a doctor.? Glad that I Dodged a Bullet and 10 loyal patients of theirs are now looking for new doctor's to see.In today's world people can not afford to be robbed of their time nor money and as a business or rather a doctor's office you all need to work towards improving customer service skills and convenience as with out patients you'd be nothing.I will also be contacting higher ups of Tarrant County, Ft Worth, and the BBB, as well as possibly the board to launch a thorough investigation.

I work in healthcare, they are not up to par with my offices! No greeting when I walked in as a new patient. Nurse only called my name didn’t introduce herself. Waited half an hour for the doctor to arrive into the room when I was on time. You could hear him joking and laughing with the staff at 8 o’clock in the morning! Let’s not forget there is no instruction on the procedure they were doing nor did I sign any type of consent if this wasn’t covered by my insurance! The lab techs didn’t even look at me when they asked me who I was! There is a non HIPAA waiting line for check out, but she was very nice! Phone call about my labs was a disaster. I asked the nurse what is the next step since my labs were normal for my pain & her response was well we’re not a narcotic prescribing doctor’s office. I don’t want narcotics I want a plan of action! She hung up on me! Surprisingly the doctor called me on a Sunday to give me the same information the nurse did! Was referred to an orthopedic and a dermatologist that are not even close to me whatsoever! I am not impressed and I know I can find better! To have a great doctor is to also have great staff I guess they’re too young in practice in order to realize this! I saw Dr Ryan

As a recently separated veteran I didn't know what to expect from a professional civilian medical clinic, but I can tell you, I was not impressed. It was my very first civilian doctor visit and I followed all instructions given by the clinic. I even arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I didn't miss my appointment. I checked in, through their website, and sat in my vehicle waiting to be called. I waited for 30 minutes. I finally decided to call and the only response, from them, was to reschedule me because it was pasted my scheduled time. First off, not my fault, second I work for a living and just can't simply take off whenever.

Dr Ryan Simonak is awesome & his staff is all very professional. I have called a day before to make an appt for ASAP & they have always managed to get me in either that day or the next day. The only thing I don’t like is calling his office & have to listen to several options of who to speak to & not being sure of which prompt to select. Other than that they have all been awesome!

I am a senior citizen and have attending the Family Medical Center for years. Dr. Brady is fantastic and takes his time reviewing my medical conditions. The PA, Christa, is also a joy and has taken personal interest in my case.

They are always rude to me and short while I watch them act fine with other patients.. everytime I come in for labs they seem to not check me in right away and I'll sit and sit and wait and wait watching g all the other labs patients whom came in after me go back!!!!!

Dr. Brady Simonek is the best!!! It took me months to find a doctor when I moved to Texas from Florida. I happened to stumble upon this place when I got miserably sick on a trip to Florida. Dr Brady is the nicest Dr. ever!! He cares about your well being. The staff is great!! They get specialist referrals done while you are in the office. Bloodwork.. I always dread it.. These ladies are amazing. I always have trouble getting blood drawn. Different offices, even the hospital always has to stick me at least 4times, and usually its on my hand. They are some vampires, because everytime its done they get it on the first stick!!! I wish they could come with me everywhere!!! Thank you so much for everything Dr Brady and the staff!!!!

I've been coming to this facility for almost a year & I have tried to give it a fair shot before reviewing . I am not a sickly person , I go in for checkups , med refills & the occasional blood work . I have never seen a dr only a PA & although she is friendly I can tell she is overworked , her nurse is very cold & not inviting at all . The waiting room is always full & I wait an hour to see the PA just for a 2 min conversation and and an excessive cost to my insurance . Yes , I have good insurance and it seems like no matter what it is I need , like a medication refill of prescriptions I've been prescribed for 10 years , I have to have a full appointment. Yesterday I went in for a simple blood test to verify I am pregnant & I seen the nurse for 2 min , waited 50 minutes for the PA , who confused me with another patient , talked for 1 min& sent me to the lab for bloodwork that took 2 minutes . All of this being charged as a full appointment to my insurance instead of just scheduling bloodwork and letting me pay the copay for that . Now it is the next day & I can't get ahold of anyone to speak to me about my bloodwork . I pay a lot of money for good service and although this location is convenient . I would not recommend coming to this place . It was like this before the quarantine and is even worse w the new climate . I am searching for a new place . I am very disappointed.
