Their customer service is terrible. I have been told so many things that have been contradictory or just straight up untrue. they tell my boyfriend, one thing and then they tell me something different. Their word means nothing. I was told to come in during the times of the application, and that I would be taken care of. I drove all the way up there with the paper that I needed, during application hours, and they told me that they couldn’t do it because they were too busy doing something else. If you can’t get something done, then don’t say that you can do it in the first place. I am very disappointed in their behavior and how they have treated us over the past few weeks.

i just want to give Surina our property manager her credits! i just really appreciate all the hard work she has put in. she really listens and cares for her tenants and i honestly couldn’t thank her enough.

Our new property manager has taken such pride in making Silversage a great place to call home. We no longer have to wait on our maintenance order to be overlooked they our taken care quickly, our property is clean and well maintained. It is so well lit we have a small group that walks daily.

We have lived there 3 years and Surrina is absolutely the best manager we have ever had!I so pray she stays for a long time!!

My family and I have lived here for a little over a year. The management is amazing. The property is clean and anytime that you put in a work order they always get the repairs done within a few days. If you are looking for a complex where you are not just another number this is the complex to live in.

I called Silversage Point apartments at Western Center, 1800 Western Center Blvd, Fort Worth, TX. 76131, on, 1/31/2024 at around 3pm. I asked the lady who answered the phone, if there were any two bedroom apartments available. She said yes, but after I explained that I was on housing, she changed her tone, and began to spend about a full 2 minutes, speedily going down a list of all of the things I needed to bring in with me after filling out the application. It seemed like this was a way to overwhelm me with a large amount of information, to discourage me, but I continued, and asked if this check list was on the front of the application, and she said yes. I thanked her, and we disconnected. However, when I tried to call her back to ask her to repeat which days I had to come in, I realized she had blocked my number, and to confirm this, after calling the number two more times, I had my father call her from his phone. The call on my fathers phone went through just fine, and she answered. She finally unblocked my number about 30 minutes later. This is a form of discrimination. I reported her.

Roland is an Amazing person. He get the work orders done, and he does them the right way the first time, so if I had to give Roland a five star. I would give him a perfect 10. Thank you Roland.

Roland our new maintenance person. He's absolutely amazing! He works extremely hard around here. Tenants makes it extremely hard to keep clean. But He's outstanding!!!! I can't make this up this guy is awesome!!! 5 ? for Roland.. our maintenance guy

Please don't move here. They will steal from you, change your rent half way the lease. People got shot at the gate, the gate has been out of service for 2 years now. Management changes every 3 months so no one knows whats gong on. They will threaten to find you if you dont pick up your dog poop but wont rush to help if your a/c is down. I regret moving here and to texas. This experience helped me realize im better of poor back home.

This place is absolutely horrible. Been here five years. Needed a transfer to a two or three bedroom because my other child was moving in have been told I was one a waiting list for three years to find out there was no waiting list at all. Have put in so many maintenance request to come fix my floor that was sinking in due to a pipe bursting was growing mold in the wall and in the floor and the floor was about to fall through where me and my children walk. They come do an horrible patch job or delete the work order saying it got fixed and nothing happens with it. Also the AC constantly stops working and in the middle of the summer we have to go without AC every year they don’t even provide a AC unit or to move you at all. Was told many times it was goin to be fine and nothing was goin to happen when I told them they needed to fix the floors. Apartment management changes every couple of months you can not get in to the office nobody answers the phone calls or emails. Also have only been able to use the pool once since moved in and the weight room you can’t even get in to. Every time you renew the lease, it charges you triple the rent and takes months to fix if you can even get it fixed. The gates never work and homeless people always digging through the trash that gets thrown everywhere then we get letters on our doors saying you will be in trouble for the trash being everywhere. Roaches constantly from other neighbors. The lady we have right now and is trying her best but can’t get caught up because there is so much stuff to fix and deal with until it becomes to much like it was for all the other ones and they leave. It is not a safe or healthy place. For you and your family very trashy and everyone previously that managed was super rude and disrespectful if you ever saw them. The lady now is trying her absolute best but at this point this place is so gone idk if she will ever be able to get caught up do to all the previous management and problems. I feel so bad for her. We need need somebody that will stay and get caught up and get rid of all the garbage here and make it a good place to live like it use to be and I appreciate the lady we have right now for trying her best. Hopefully she stays.

We have lived here over a year and at first it was fine. Office was nice and there was some misunderstanding with our paperwork that got cleared up. We quickly realized that management never stays. They switch office managers so often that things don’t get fixed and persist. We have our ceiling leak 4 times in the almost 15 months we’ve lived here. We cannot use our extra bathroom or large closet bc we always find water on our belongings from the leak. They fixed the leak. We left for a trip and came back to roaches everywhere, water stains and mold. We spent the day we came back from the trip cleaning our entire house and killing bugs. We now have a persisting bug issue that has not been address! Only started after the 3rd floor of our building flooded and they brought someone to suck up all the water but shook all the piping in the walls now we’ve been seeing bugs ever since. Were pretty sure there is a hole in the wall behind the dishwasher that we’ve told them about but they still haven’t done anything. I have my whole kitchen and bathroom in boxes bc we are trying to deal with roaches all by ourselves! They had someone come one time and they only sprayed once other than that nothing has been done but we find bugs everyday and especially at night! We’ve been dealing with the bugs for going on months now. They haven’t offered to move us apartments for the leak or the bugs. We have a child who is also living in these conditions. The microwave has been broken the whole time we’ve lived here. We had a leak in the sink which they fixed but didn’t clean up the moldy/destroyed wood under the sink that’s been here since we’ve moved in. I’ve lived in apartments the last 6 years and this has to be my worst experience yet. The neighborhood is fine. People are usually nice and the gate almost never works. If they got a manager to stay for longer than a couple months and dealt with all the maintenance issues then this place would be okay but they don’t. So it’s horrible and most of our maintenance request get ignored and they say they have fixed it when they didn’t!

I was told that I could not resign my lease 3 months before my lease was up and when I asked why they told me that they didn’t have to give me a reason. I feel like the office staff where very unprofessional. They never answered the phone or replied to any emails. I had to take off work just to go in the office to hear from someone. I was without a working oven for over a month and when they came to “fix” it my stove end up not working which I was without for weeks. I had to call code compliance just to get them to bring me a whole new stove. On the flip side my unit was nice and I loved the area

. I was very encouraged a year ago when I put my application in. Only one ahead of me. I needed a 1st floor apartment due to my health. I have been back several times since then. I went again to check my status again last week….they don’t have me in the system. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I’ll never recommend them to others.

I have lived here almost 4 years now. Managers never stay, gates stuck open, aggressive homeless people digging in our trash. On top of that you get double charged on your rent. And late fees on top of that. Been going on since April and nothing has been changed. Sick of worrying every single month what's going to happen next.
