Bad Customer service. I usually bring samples to sherwin williams to get it matched and they will work on it right away.On this particular Sherwin-Williams Jovani, said to wait up to 45 minutes to get paint match did not understand why the place was empty not busy at all, other employees did not even acknowledge while I was waiting up in front. ? ( What a Staff!!!)

Beware, be prepared to wait... This location is short on staff AND patience. I get it, we’re in a pandemic, staffing is challenging and the supply chain issues doesn’t make it any better. My visit today was to purchase a gallon of paint that was to be color matched from a can of Benjamin Moore. The associate said he could do it and got to work. As more customers entered the store, this manager type (tallish, full bearded male) came out from the back to help the paint associate with the incoming orders/customers. This was when he questioned the associate about my can of paint, so I met him the manager at the desk. He then informed me that it would be about 30 minutes and didnt give me much time to make a decision, as This was new informationFor me. “Because color matching doesn’t happen magically, it takes time (his words, not mine).” I don’t know if it was just me in this particular situation, but treating persons (women especially) so condescendingly about paint knowledge is completely unnecessary. At that point I called him out for speaking to me like that, and decided not to give SW my business. I’m more than willing to pay the $70 for a can of paint, but not served with that kind of attitude.. if you gotta purchase paint at this location, GOOD LUCK!

my first time in Sherwin Williams paint store. sales associate was courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right color I was going for and mixed it then. I painted a chest of drawers for my grandson, and the color and finish is perfect!

Ordered some paint online. Was told only part of the order would be ready that day. The other paint would come in a few days from then and the rest still next week. When I went the third time to pick up the rest of my order, the employee said he had canceled my order because it didn't come on the truck. I didn't even get a phone call to tell me I wasn't going to get my paint. The employees there seem young and rude and like they don't care. I went to another location for the same paint I ordered and they had it right there and gave it to me within minutes. This location is not one I will be returning back to.

Skip the COVID lines at Home Depot and get your paint here directly. They are faster and more knowledgeable with any routine painting supplies at the store as well. Rico gave me some tips on painting in general that will save me tons of time in the long run! I'll be back!
