The fellow who helped me was impressive. I brought in a chip of paint from my ceiling that I wanted matched. He used S-W eqpt to match it and mix a gallon of paint that was spot on. I have bought S-W paint for a number of years but not used this technology for color matching. I commend the company and this person, in particular. I don't know his name. He works in the store on Alta Mere in Ft Worth and is on the tall side and maybe 25 YO. He was really helpful and my paint was mixed in a very short time and ready for me to use.

Came here today to get a customer some paint. They didn't have it in the store but called up another store and had the paint delivered by 1:30 this afternoon. I was able to get the customer taken care of today instead of having to wait another day. Very satisfied with the two gentlemen that helped me!

I've been buying paint here for 15+ years. On my most recent order they added a charge "supply chain charge" without telling me. I hope they enjoy their swindled money. There's a lot of other (less expensive) paint stores out there. I'll be in one of those stores next week when I need more paint.
