Benjamin is rude and dumb. Told me that I didn't pay for the paint I ordered online which makes no sense how you going to order something online without paying. Maybe he was just mad because he has to work on a Sunday. I made sure I was not going to leave from there without my paint that I ordered and payed online.

Well I went and picked out my colors and asked 2 of the( guys) working there if I was painting cabinets if it would take a special kind and the 2 spanish men said they weren't for sure, ISN'T that suppose to be something that they should know, my friend told me to either go to Hurst or go to the one on Trail lake said they had employees that could help me.this store happed to be on E. LANCASTER. FTWORTH, Tx

The new assistant manager Jaime was extremely rude! Another guy came and he told him to calm down Jamie said he was calmed he looked furious! He feels like he is the owner of the store and other new guy just has to deal with his temperament! He is racist my husband has been a contractor with Sherwin-williams for 14 years! Jaime Mexican people are not different from your race! We are all the same! Stay humble! Don't treat your customers like trash!

Really bad experience whit this guy Jamie claimed to be the assistant manager we have an account with Sherwin-Williams for over 20 years and none I know a lot of the managers but this guy has some kind of attitude towards everyone and hope check my review hopefully they agree because these guys just don't have customer service at all

Absolutely horrible! The store is dirty. Out of stock on several products. I was never greeted or acknowledged at all. My son and I walked all over trying to find what we needed, but the employee was too busy carrying on a full conversation with a man who I assume was also a customer. I waited for 15 minutes to see if anyone would acknowledge me to no avail. I left and was never even looked at. Ignored coming and going. It's a total shame because my husband and I just bought a home in this area that we're renovating and we would have done a lot of business and spent a lot of money here (at least that was the plan). I will NOT spend a penny here.

Very bad service
All the time I was buying materials and paint for the same company or account and since the manager didn't answer, they didn't give me anything.
And it can't do my job and it's the only store around here
