I don’t know the difference between satin and semi-gloss. I was met by Dylan at the door who quickly and personally helped me with my project. He was knowledgeable and put me and my needs as his priority. I’d pay more for that customer experience any day.

I don't have anything from the Sherwin Williams company but today on two occasions we went to buy material but Miss Vanessa who works there has a terrible attitude towards customers. I think there is too much money spent in this type of branch to have bad service.

In this store they left me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me, I dialed again and they didn't answer, just because I don't speak English well and the person who spoke Spanish never answered me

I live closer to the store on alta mere but due to covid they were closing early due to lack of staffing. Went to location off camp Bowie not only were they open but there was only 1 person working and she was fabulous. Helped me and 3 others with a smile. I think they need to train those boys at the other store.

Since Erin left they have hired new assistant manager Sharon I believe , worst attitude ever so unprofessional , Never filled my order or bothered to call me !I won’t even go that store anymore because she makes it so uncomfortable!!

Brittany was very helpful & personable. She led my husband & I to all of the right products we were looking for and was so patient in answering all of our many questions. She even helped us bring everything out to our car! 5 stars- for Brittany!
