My husband and I recently bought a house. Had to do some interior paint touch ups but couldn’t find the right match. Called ahead and the person working told us that they could try to match it in store. Went in and he was able to scan and match it perfectly!! Just got home and did the touch up can’t even notice the difference in colors honestly. So impressed at how quick and easy that was!! Super good customer service too :-)

Doing a job where the customer supplied the paint. Came up a little short. This is the closest SW store to the job. Didn't catch their names, but the young man and lady manager were a big help. Use this store, they're friendly and knowledgeable!

They custom service at this location is exceptional! Every staff member is knowledgeable and open to questions…even the newbie questions that asked…They seem to really enjoy working together. It was truly a great shopping experience.Thank you!

Used this store handful of times and the service has been excellent. Even when three customers to one employee, the employee acknowledges your presence. Isn’t that wonderful ? Good prices and products.

The customer service was outstanding. We told them what our project was and showed pictures of our home and what we were thinking for a style. They picked out a few options for me that fit the style I had in mind, being sure not to overwhelm me with choices. They also gave great recommendations for what would be a lasting style and color scheme! Everyone was so polite and we are so happy with the choices!!

Very helpful, after being turned away at 2 other locations, that day, and i was told they could not help me. Your Sunday associate got me taken care of, explained to me my options and got me the color i was looking for and if i needed additional paint what the price would be.

We're trying to clean up our new, first house and I researched how much paint to buy. I'm new to the whole experience and one of the salespeople took advantage of it. We are on a tight budget but were told that we would need twice the paint the online calculator said we would. I trusted the salesperson's advice because not only did I figure he was more knowledgable but he also seemed to have a calculator that he used to justify his pitch. While he was mixing, I looked around for information on return policies but the one in the front was blocked by a merchandise stand. It seems very manipulative and the sales people didn't seem to care about me as a customer but rather how much money they could get from me. I haven't gotten a chance to determine the quality of the paint very well but I feel like it wouldn't be worth it to interact with the salespeople again.EDIT: I attempted to contact Sherwin Williams according to their response and was passed along to a number that never returned my call. This is a 1 star company in customer service plain and simple. Any attempts at correcting this situation have been completely superficial.

Very helpfull, friendly and knowledgeable people working here. New store, new people but doing what this business is known for doing. Taking care of its customers. Loyal customer who is happy with the new location and its management.I would like to add. $23.00 for a quart of paint ?I don't see how they can justify the price for a quart. I felt taken advantace of.Manager was very understanding and in agreeable with me which begs the question. Why not make corrections instead of such high pricing ?
