My Fiance and I stopped here this morning to grab a few quick snacks before work this morning and the sandwich and wrap he got were both warm and disgusting! Then when he tried to call the store, multiple times, no one ever answered and he couldn't even leave a message because that wasn't set up either.

Half their pumps are out of order for over a month and they can't be bothered to put an out of order sign on one of them, wasting everyone's time. DONT USE PUMP 5!!!

Pump 6 was faulty and did not automatically shut off, resulting in ovetflowing my tank and spilling out onto the ground. The worker inside did nothing when I informed him of the issue and refused to give me a partial refund due to the wasted gas. Complete ghetto degenerate behavior. Will not be going to this shell again. Also they often have pumps out of service because the trogdolytes refuse to pay their gas bill. Tragic.

This Shell station has the lowest price in the entire Hulen area. Great fuel for a very fair price. Go & fuel up now just in case the price goes up. It was only $3.24 a gallon when I filled up tonight. Most other stations are at least $349 a gallon to $4.00a gallon.

There wasn't any toilet paper in either bathroom. I asked the cashier if there was any toilet paper and she said "guess not" like she couldn't care less. I'm going to start going to QuikTrip from now on. 7-Eleven can't keep a functional bathroom. This is the third 7-Eleven that I went to that I couldn't even use the bathroom. It won't happen again though.

As I inserted my card, the whole panel attached to the card reader swayed loosely back and forth. I looked and recognized the remains of dozens of anti-tamper labels that had been broken. Two of the anti-tamper labels appeared unbroken, but I had my doubts. It was too late at this point, so I went ahead and purchased gas…. Someone probably already had my card info.I canceled my card and then wrote my first review of a gas station ever. Don’t use the gas pump card card readers here unless you are ready to throw away your card!
