I like going to Shell because it's very easy to get pennies off your gallons of gas and even though you say oh, they're only pennies, they make a tremendous difference when it comes to seeing your full tank and checking out what you paid for it.

There was a leak on one of the houses, so about 3 gallons went away, I noticed it because 20 gallons already went in and not even full when normally 18 is max capacity so I looked closer and I saw the small leak. So I explained the person in charge inside, pretty much he said it’s my fault , I am supposed to inspect their equipment works properly and monitor it all time while filling was.

I love love the rice here. The beef carne asada tacos are really good to, side note we even seen Chico Bean here 85 south host! This place is no where near my home but for the flavors, quality and quantity it's always worth the drive.

I stopped by even after reading some negative reviews. This place is the best to fill up gas, get a quick bite and move on. The bathroom are always clean compared to other stores in the area I have stopped at before. All I need is a quick good food, good gas, and clean bathrooms.

I tried this place because it’s close to my workplace. I had a breakfast taco and the potatoes inside were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours.I decided to give this establishment another try because I was in need of some tortillas for a meal I made and there was no other Mexican restaurant open nearby so I asked for a a side of flour tortillas and John refused to sell me them.My experience with this place just hasn’t been positive and I won’t be back.

I stopped here to add $15 of gas to a loaner truck I was driving while my car was in the shop. I tried to release the pump at $15 and it wouldn't release. I had to run in the store to tell the cashier. She told the manager Moe and he stopped the pump from the inside and had to come outside to fix the pump because although he was able to override the pump, the handle was still stuck! By this time $50 of gas had been pumped into the truck. I asked to refund me the difference as this was a loaner truck that I would be turning in later that day. He arrogantly refused. I told him it wouldn't have been a big deal if I was going to be able to use the gas but I won't. He didn't apologize for the malfunction or attempt to make right of this wrong. I understand things happen and I'm very understanding but he was so rude and didn't care to fix the situation. He also refused to provide me with upper management or Shell's contact information. He told me to google Shell's phone number and tell them. Horrible customer service. Do not spend money here.

Never really had an issue here until recently guy at the register was really rude to my husband . Forgot my card and only wanted to put enough change to get home . They tried to pocket my Pennys saying they don’t accept loose change . Then just yesterday I put my rewards point and paid with my cash app card . The transaction got canceled inside and now I have a $174 hold on my card and I can’t get that money back until after 3 days . I’ve called but no one answered the phone . I’m due to have a baby in 10 days and I can’t even get the rest of my stuff because they wanted to cancel my transaction

For a business that supposedly updated its hours recently …..FAIL…..They ARE NOT 24 hours. What’s even worse is they have no posting on what the hours are? Do they open at 6AM, 7,8,9 whatever. Fuel price is decent but only valid if you can determine when they are open.Will this station go bankrupt by putting a barricade on the entrances to prevent suckering people in who think they might be open….Their fuel price could be .329 cents a gallon but still get one star for forgo the most basic concept of a business…..let customers know what your operating hours are!!
