The 1st sign says: Save $2.30 on any style of Marlboro with the stores Loyalty program. The 2nd sign says: When you buy 2 packs of Marlboro Special Select $5.54 per pack with Loyalty program. Nope. I was told I got $.50 off per pack it came to $13.94. I complained and he suddenly had to little English to do anything but say no and repeat $13.94. I'll go back to QuikTrip and overpay before I come back here.

Be careful with this whatever race they are am not races but I notice that all this stores with foreign owners and clerks they still from you always different price or don't give you exact changes, MAY LORD JESUS CHRIST FORGIVE THERE SINS, BECAUSE THEY THINK THERE god IS OK WITH STEALING FROM OTHERS REPENT. Yall can take it however yall want to take it I diligent say nothing wrong or races be careful at thus store.

New owners are trying to turn this place around, but the clerk has very bad customer service skills. They wouldn't let me run my card a second time after it was declined. Made me walk to my car to prove I had the money, then got mad and said that I was lying on him when I read to him from my bank app on my phone that Shell declined my purchase and holds up line counting change back. I've been honestly coming back because the new owners are trying, plus it is by my job... but I'm done with this place. I literally just wanted to fill my car up with gas and go on about my day peacefully

Their gas prices are exactly what shows up on the Gas Buddy app. Don't go to the one on Hullen & 820, go to this one instead. The Hulen Shell keeps putting fake gas prices on the Gas Buddy app to rip us off. Times are hard enough without getting ripped off by gas station scammers.

My recent visit to the Shell gas station left me with a less than satisfactory impression. While I appreciate the convenience of the location, there were several aspects that dampened my experience.Firstly, the cleanliness of the establishment was subpar. The floors were dirty, and an unpleasant odor permeated the air. It was clear that more attention could be given to maintaining a cleaner and more inviting environment.Additionally, the parking lot was in dire need of cleaning. It was littered and unkempt, which was not only visually unappealing but also created a less secure feeling for customers.Furthermore, I encountered some individuals exhibiting erratic behavior, which made me uncomfortable. While I understand that businesses cannot control the behavior of all customers, it would be beneficial to address any disruptive situations promptly to ensure a safer environment for all patrons.Lastly, there were instances where I felt uneasy due to the presence of certain individuals who seemed out of place. While it is important to maintain an inclusive environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of all customers should also be a priority.My experience at this Shell gas station was disappointing. Improvements in cleanliness, parking lot maintenance, and customer safety would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and make it a more welcoming place for customers.

This shell station sells meth pipes and runs illegal casino games with cash pay out which is against city code. It’s a shame being so close to an elementary school and high school. I’ll be reporting them to code compliance in a couple of hours.

If I could give 0 stars I would! If you get $ out of the ATM & use it there they complain because you have a $20. They don't like to give you your change when you purchase
things he just takes your $ & closes the register & when you ask for it they complain more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

We're from CA and haven't been in Texas long. So after getting stuck in a tornado warning and severe storm, my two kids (Son 19 and Daughter 14) ran into this Shell for shelter. The cashier told us we couldn't stay. We offered to make several purchases (food and drinks, gas for the next few cars, anything to stay inside), my Son explained what was going on in spanish and he denied us multiple times. Afraid because we had just heard the 2nd of 3 emergency run for cover alerts we ran back out to our car and waited the 15mins for the tornado warning to be lifted. As we sat there waiting we watched a few more people go in and come right back out except for one Hispanic Man who was able to use the restroom and then the two men held a casual humorous conversation for about 7 mins. I will NEVER go to this Shell location again. He was just rude, insensitive and dismissive. If I ever get stuck in that area I'll go to QT instead.

This has to be one of the brightest gas stations. The amount of LEDs lighting up this store causes you to wonder if it could perhaps be seen from outer space. If you go to the bathroom there, beware that the door opens in toward the bathroom, and there is no door knob handle. In place of the door knob, there is only a deadbolt latch. Also, there is no mirror on the wall above the sink. Good luck.

I won in a machine money and I did not give it to me to tell me that I had to spend it right there in their market .. I do not think it was good, I did not give what I won and he only gave me back my money I had played .
