I was helping a man that didn’t speak English very well and the cashier was being super disrespectful to the poor dude for no apparent reason other than that he couldn’t pump the gas because of a glitch and the man was being disrespectful even though it’s his job to help costumers also was complaining about doing his job very bad customer service definitely won’t be coming back

When I entered with my 7 year old child the cashier was arguing and cursing at a customer the whole time, and the whole store smelled like weed. I don’t think there should be cashiers with that vocabulary.

Trashy, rude, nasty and over priced. Have to give one star but they should get zero for their price gouging. I will be reporting this. Hope your store shuts down :)

They told me i couldn’t have my service dog in the store without her vest. Even though service dogs don’t legally have to be marked i understood. The next time i went i made sure my dog had her vest on. The manager who claimed to be the owner said she needed to stay outside. I was confused after i did my part. The manager also said he was the owner of the store but the way he stumbled over his words i knew he was lying. Unfortunately shells customer support is closed but i will be calling because that is straight discrimination. She is a working animal. Not a pet. There is a difference.

I gave 1 star because at least one is required to review... This place is not people friendly.. I have had some issue or another each and every time I stop here... Todays issue... It's not nearly dark yet .. but the doors on one side at least are locked... Frustrating when one is in a hurry...only to find that you have to walk all the way around the building just to get in... I'm gonna learn one day to just quit coming here.

Wouldn’t allow me to use the rest room when they have a public rest room that I have used before… as a employee of a shell at a different location highly disappointed how this store is ran and there employees have horrible service only stopped here because it’s bye my house
