Marcella is the pinnacle of what every good business needs to run, people who care. I walk in a simple gas station and i see a women mopping the floor to the point of absolute perfect cleanliness. She stopped at the sight of a customer and asked what we needed. A simple has station worker as her, should be looked up to as a simple to hard working people. She does not have to work as hard as she did, yet i saw someone who took pride in what she does.

Short fat Mexican lady yells at me like a child for using the wrong cup for a frozen beverage. Then come back a week later to find I'm banned from entering the store. Like huh????? How is this lady still employed there.

Store has a nasty smell, nasty bathroom and practice false advertising. If you a Shell Rewards Member, this store doesn't follow Shell Rewards Member program. I stopped at Shell for the clean store, restroom and gas. This store is lacking in all departments.

WARNING IDENTITY THEFT!I used my card at the pump here and the next day had several unauthorized charges on my credit card! And I know that it was from this location because I never use the card except for gas every few weeks. Someone has probably place a skimming device on the pumps. Beware!!!

Changing my 5 stars I had 4 years ago to 1 star. Just saw sandwiches and refrigerated items, out of cooler, on counter and looked like they were sitting there a while, behind Blanca. She didn't reciprocate my hello upon entrance and was busy on her phone when I approached register with my items. She made me wait on her without so much as a comment to me while she finished her text. She leaned on the counter as she scanned my items like she did NOT want to be working. Plenty of other places to buy my morning beverage and snack!

I wore my mask in store and kept a distance (one year into this pandemic, to each their own), the clerk wasn’t wearing one and I didn’t say anything, I didn’t look at him wrong. TO EACH THEIR OWN.I had covid 4 months ago and am fully vaccinated, I am not protecting myself by wearing. I am protecting those around me as I also work retail, I wouldn’t want to put anyone in my situation with my father hospitalized for so long not having any certainty. The clerk kept bickering about the mask and making comments. I just got off on a Friday, I don’t want to hear it. He said “well I touched the stuff you bought”, is he implying he’s dirty and purposely leaves his saliva everywhere? The young guy with glasses was trying to make me uncomfortable.

This store has no display at the register to show how much you are paying per item. When you ask for pricing they get upset and tell you it's on the receipt. I want to see what I am paying for at the register before I pay not after.

Convenient location... Bathrooms smell horrible though. Clean bathrooms but has a sewage smell. Cashiers always look like they dont want to be there lol Could use a tutorial on customer service lol wish their car wash was open again!

Under new management as of January 2020. Car wash closed. Restrooms are unlocked. Hours 5am to 10pm. Sunday open at 6am. Friday & Saturday close at midnight.
