The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don’t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I’d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.

Greatest car service repair experience I’ve ever had. And Iv gone through many. My Jeep had some issues and started to stall when I was driving. At first it happened once every few days and then one night kept stalling every few miles. It would not start immediately and would click. I had no check engine light or codes for reflect the issue. It was so bad I had to get it towed to the repair shop. Luckily when this first began, I started to do my research on local shops. I’ve had bad experiences before taking it to the main dealership, they are extremely expensive and I’ve had to go back because the issue was never resolved. I’ve gone to smaller low cost repair shops and ended up having to pay double because the repair was not properly done and had to have another repair shop fix the initial problem. I really looked up reviews of local shops nearby and when I came across Service Plus, I really liked what I read. Other people had similar experiences with their vehicle that I was currently having with mine. They even went to multiple places before finally going to Service Plus and was able to get their issue resolved. So many customers have complimented the knowledge of Service Plus Automotive Repair guys and they DO know their cars/trucks and repair issues. They called me and confirmed that many of their service guys have seen this issue with my Jeeps 2.4 L and the crankshaft sensor. They did advise there would be a 95$ diagnostic test to see what the issue was and that was perfectly fine with me. From the reviews I read about Service plus, those diagnostic test really helped save customers on figuring out their car issues (even when they had taken it to the dealership and they wouldn’t do anything without a check engine light or code). The cost to replace the piece and repair was so affordable it amazed me. I also had a broken window that had been taped up for years and was going to fix it eventually. They offered to fix that as well along with my crankshaft repair. The total cost for everything was very affordable and I was astonished. When I picked up my car they even cleaned off all the duct tape I had on my window to hold it up (and that was probably a nightmare to clean) and it seriously looked like a brand new window. They truly went above and beyond and delivered phenomenal service!! Not only will I use them as my #1 auto repair shop, but I’m referring my mother and family/friends. You will be in great hands at this shop.

I absolutely love this place! They’re very direct, honest and knowledgeable. They don’t try to nickel and dime you. I came in for an oil change this time. Had another great experience. Fresh coffee in a nice clean lounge where you can see them working on your vehicle. To my surprise, when I got in my car, it had been vacuumed as well!

It was a pleasure working with Service plus. The staff kept me updated on everything they had to do on the repair of my daughters car. Everything was professional from start to finish. I will highly recommend Service Plus Automotive to anyone.

Been to the place multiple times with multiple vehicles. It has been a great experience each time. They addressed my issues and fixed in a timely manner. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been here twice. The first time they did a diagnosis and had to replace a broken part on my truck, great customer service! The second time I had to come back because a faulty part was installed. They honored their warranty and switched it out with NO hassle what so ever. This place is awesome!

Me and my friend came here and had such a great experience. We don’t know much about cars or what they need, and the staff was very helpful and patient with us. They were every honest about the price and about what we needed to get done, and what could wait until next visit. Warm smiles and very nice people all around. I will definitely be coming back!!

This was the first enjoyable mechanic shop experience I've ever had. I needed an inspection. Grant it theory prices are higher than most shops but they have an extremely clean comfortable environment. So I guess you're paying for that also. The staff was wonderful and quick.

Very quick and professional service. They will let you know if they find other issues while making repairs but wont try to upsell you on repairs if it's something that can wait. I had an alignment done and I think I was out the door in a little over a half hour.

Service Plus has been taking care of my 2004 Ram 1500 & other 2 vehicles for the last 7 years. Parts and Labor are always backed by a warranty, and they have honored those warranties, when they were rarely needed, without ant issue. Was greeted by service rep right when I pulled up. Just needing a state inspection. Really friendly and said to make yourself comfortable in our lounge, offered coffee and refreshments. The inside waiting area was super nice. Everything was clean, leather chairs, 2 LCD TVs, bar sitting with a clean window to see out into the bay. Blown away as this was my first time here. 15-20 mins later my car was ready, the tech gave me my keys and was super nice. And I was looking for my car…. and it was on the other side parked under a covered like valet area. I will come back for servicing if my car next time!!!Great job!

I would like to start by saying my husband and I have been taking our cars here for years. On 6/1/23 I took my car here for routine maintenance. On 7/28/23 my car was not accelerating on the highway an hour outside of DFW with a baby and two dogs inside. I was able to take it to a mechanic on the side of the highway who stated it was an oil leak and he refilled the oil. The same day I took it to the Kia dealership in Hurst. I did this because I thought it could be a major issue. My Kia Sorento 2022 is still under warranty. Kia stated that the previous shop that replaced my oil placed the incorrect oil filter in and that it broke apart in the oil pickup line. To replace the oil, oil filter, and the labor to remove pieces of broken filter put me out $265. On 8/5/23 my husband went to Service Plus to talk to management. We asked for reimbursement of the $265 and that we would love to continue doing business with them. He was told by one of the managers that she would have to talk to the owner and it shouldn't be a big deal but the owner was not in until Monday. My husband reached out Monday for an update and was told he would be contacted soon. Wednesday, today, he called again and spoke to another manager who was less than professional and questioned why we didn't take it back to their shop, and because we didn't take it back to them there wouldn't be a resolution. He stated that he could not accept and was skeptical of the Kia diagnostics. Do not take your vehicles here. If something goes wrong they will take NO accountability. I attached invoices from both Kia ( shows reason for repair and price) and Service Plus (shows date and service received.)
