I am not sure about the quality of the work yet, but it seems like one delay after another without any consideration to the additional cost these delays have on my. I have heard nothing but excuses and blame for their mistakes to other parties. Did not seem like they new what they were doing when ordering the parts to repair my vehicle. An 8am to 5pm schedule is not always easy for others to work around and they are not very accommodating about making arrangements to pick up your vehicle. I am not yet sure about the quality of their work, which worries me because if the quality of their work remotely resembles the quality of care for their customer, I may be in trouble. What they need to know is that they are in the customer service business and just happen to do auto repair, and there customer service is lacking. Not a great experience.

Bradley was helpful, informative, and attentive. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and I was updated on the progress via text messages. Much better experience than other collision repair shops!

These folks have had my car since April 5. It's a 2023 Kia Sorento and I'm understanding of parts been on back log. Patiently waiting. But when I'm told on 3 different occasions that I'm getting my car back on several different days and not get it back is beyond freaking irritating by far. I've spent over 500 dollars in Lyft rides since May 30 because my other car was wrecked cause people can't drive. I will never use this place in the near future at all. Just constantly lies. Don't tell me one thing and I look forward to it being that day. Their answer is always at the end of the Week. What the last day of the week at the end of the year. That's way it's looking to me. Kinda bleak dealing with this people. Can't wait to get my car back so I don't gotta here end of the week.

Very difficult to talk to a human. I would get one recording after another and it was difficult to get anyone to return a call. When I did reach someone, they were always needing ‘one more’ piece of information. I couldn’t get an appointment scheduled so I called a competitor and was able to drop my car off the next day.

Liked it, they kept me up to date on repairs for the most part. And told me to come back if anything was not to my satisfaction after the fact. Going back tomorrow for a still punctured fluid reservoir, so we shall see, but up to finding that, I was very satisfied, and have no doubt that they will fix it promptly. Cynthia is super nice and took good care of me...

I had a collision on 11/1 and my car was dropped off here right after the incident. Per their estimate report, they initiated the estimate on 11/1. Multiple items that were in the car at the time of drop off were not present at time of pickup. These items totaled about $400. I passed the shop daily and noted the car out front in the unsecured parking lot even though there was evidence it was being worked on (tires removed and sitting on a jack).No timeline was given, even though it was requested multiple times. Because no timeline was given, the shop denied there were any delays, even though they had to extend the time they told the insurance company it would be initially completed by.The insurance company had multiple issues contacting this Service King even though this location stated the insurance company never attempted (despite myself being on the call when insurance attempted one of these calls.) The project manager, who only appeared after the timeline was asked about after this shop had my car for 4 weeks. He stated they didn't give timelines because they weren't sure when stuff would be done. Even up to the day prior to getting my car back, he could not give a definitive timeline. I only found out about my car being ready on the last day of my rental car 90 minutes before they closed. I had to leave early from work to just barely get there in time before they closed as otherwise, I would be charged for my rental the next day since they didn't extend the "completion date" to my insurance.Honestly, just glad to be done dealing with this situation so I don't have to deal with this company anymore.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I got into an accident back in Nov 2021 and had my Jeep towed here. The whole process was a headache. They called me and lied to me stating that my car was done however insurance denied certain repairs which they never actually denied. I had to take the jeep back to them after they told me it was done the second time because it was missing abunch of stuff and making horribly loud noises. In total it took them 3 tries to get the alignment done right and yet it still to this day makes god awful grinding noises. They even claimed to have replaced my bumper but the previous scratches on it were still there so it wasn’t replaced. I never took it back because I frankly didn’t want to deal with them anymore.I just noticed this week that the “new” tire they replaced my shredded tire with has a plug in it!So for 6 months I’ve been unknowingly driving around on a plugged tire.I’m lucky that tire hasn’t blown and put me in the middle of another accident!This place is a joke… now after everything I have to turn around and spend more money to get someone else to fix it right.Services: Tires

STUPIDLY LONG TIME. Had car evaluated ahead of time for repair and scheduled drop off when all parts in store. It was a SIMPLE bumper repair. Scheduled in advance. When asked how long, "not long." Every few days, called, "any day now." It took 11 days to get car complete. I understand that COVID has created many challenges, but it is the new normal. To continuously say "any day" when in fact you did not have any idea is irresponsible. We were not able to create a realistic back-up plan, b/c the information was wrong/not realistic/outright lie. There were numerous down-stream family problems b/c of this. In the future, be honest. Be realistic. Have a good plan. Be a helper to your community. Don't lie to little old women.

I took my car out there today to get the damage assessed so that we can get back the findings to my insurance. Sadly, the damage couldn't be addressed by the shop but what I appreciated was that they explained why they couldn't take care of it and at-least cleaned my car and waxed my 35" tires on my FJ. It was a small thing but I appreciated it very much. Keep up the good work.
