Service only had appointments available 3 weeks out and when I "made" an appointment online nobody ever called to confirm so apparently when you do it online or with the Chat that doesn't book anything but Mazda never called so I waiting a few weeks for my service to only find out a few days before that I actually had nothing booked. Parts are outrageously high, top of the line laser iridium were $80 approximately but the basic Mazda parts spark plugs were almost $125.

I'm so disappointed in the service I have received. I took my less than 6 month old car in for service on July 13, 2023 to get an oil change and check the air because it didn't seem to be blowing cool air. I learned on 7/17 that the AC compressor had gone out and the part was on nationwide back order. We talked back and forth and they never had any loaners for me And I went without a car for 2 weeks. I finally had to call hyundai customer service to help see about getting a rental. They wanted me to get a cheap rental and I had to call several places to find one that they would cover. I spent $1678 on the rental and still haven't been reimbursed. I have requested to talk to the customer service rep supervisor but he hasn't allowed me to do that. On 8/26, I finally got my car back. However, I noticed my driver car door handle was broken and the broken part was in the cup holder. No one even told me about this! Later that week, I found a plastic plate and some screws that were off of a part under the back seat which exposed wires. Now I'm waiting for them to call me to get those things fixed but have to wait until they have the part and a loaner! Again, this is a brand new car!

The person that was attending to us was very friendly and show us everything about the vehicle we were looking at. It was disappointing though to see they didn't have that many cars.
