My daughter and I have been to several brow bars over the years. Sam does a phenomenal job! We will be back! Everyone in the store was very attentive and never hesitated to help!

I just left this location and I was highly disappointed. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, no one talked to me or offered to provide assistance. Even when I tried to get someone’s attention, I was just ignored. I saw others being helped and after a few moments, i noticed that none of them looked like me. Now, i hate to believe i was ignored cause i’m black…but its hard not to read the writing on the wall. And i saw employees just standing around. After walking around a few times hoping to get help, I finally purchased the minimum necessary and left. I figured I might as well take my business somewhere else for the rest of my stuff. Even when I mentioned to the cashier how disappointed I was that no one provided me with any kind of assistance, she said NOTHING!! Wow, what a shame. I definitely won’t be going back there.

Help...... The 10 year olds are insane.... I went in Sephora to get a refill of my anti aging cream which is great, but I had heard of a really good one from drunk elephant.So I went to the drunk elephant section and there were a bunch of disrespectful 10-12 year olds making a huge mess, and several fighting over an anti aging cream(which they have no need for and will ruin there skin). I saw one polypeptide cream left and grabbed it quickly before they saw me. They saw me holding my new cream and wrestled me.2 minutes later I had a black eye and many bruises. I am very happy to say I will never go back to Sephora DONT GO!

Absolutely love this location!! All employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Samantha is a major reason I love coming here!! She is great at waxing I 10/10 recommend her for waxing services. Thank y’all for making my day exciting!

Absolutely love coming inside of any Sephora BUT this one was not my cup of tea! Alesia followed us around the entire time we were browsing however other consumers of a different race were not! I hate that in today's time I'm followed around as if I'm going to take something... if you like being followed around while shopping for Christmas or any occasion feel free to come here! I won't ever step foot here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know! Thanks for an absolutely horrible experience, my hope is others won't have to endure what I did.

I went in store yesterday to pick up an online order and I just had to leave a positive review on Michael, he was so sweet and so attentive. I kept having questions for him and he was able to really answer all of them! I would go back to this sephora honestly only cause of him. I always get nervous going into sephora with a bareface but he was so sweet! He deserves a raise for his customer service skills!

Highly recommend this Sephora! I went in needing help finding the right concealer shade and they were so helpful. Their employee Candyce spent 30 minutes with me until we found the right one. She was so kind and patient!!!!

Haven’t been to Sephora in a while and I can honestly say I am a fan! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. When I finally made it to the checkout I was helped by Mari! When I say her customer service is top tier, I MEAN IT! No joke she made me want to keep shopping lol. Her makeup was flawless and I had to know what products she was using before leaving. She literally showed me products that best served my needs. That’s going above and beyond! Thank you so much Mari, you are a literal doll!

Worst Sephora I been too. I was not greeted when I entered the store. I walk around the whole store and not a single employee asked if needed any assistance. I’ve did notice them asking other shoppers for assistance but whenever I walked by they just seem to act like I was not even there. I felt so unwelcome that I left.

Alesia was amazing. I would come back to this Sephora (from NY) just to recieve this form of assistance and expertise. She helped me find items for my skin care and my makeup routine that catered to my skintype & color. & she did it with kindness and passion. Thank you again for your help.
