Tonia gives excellent customer service each time we call or interact with her. She especially goes above and beyond for the seniors. Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”
“This facility is large with many options on various formats....very flexible. It is just off about 3 main routes/streets/highways so very accessible. The access approaches within the space are generous so trucks and trailers can easily maneuver. The hours were very flexible. In essence, I found this to be a great storage experience and this was not my first so I do have basis of compare. OH, did I mention the 3 people I worked with on staff there were all cheerful, professional and could not have made it easier.”

The bathrooms were spotless and the facility was clean through out.

“Jacob makes it easy, even juggling multiple units then downsizing to save $.
This new location is not too near us, so a bit less pricey on some units, but pretty easy to get to, with the many levels easily accessible by elevator; carts for customer use.
One suggestion: it’s really not cool enough to stay long at the units. would love to be able to adjust and maybe have temp return to default after a set amount of time.
Sometimes you just have to do organizing on site.”
