Wow! Never thought I'd give a tow company 5 stars. This company is amazing and honest. I've been parking illegally for weeks. I haven't been towed and I called them and they said they only tow if the owner calls. Luckily for me, the owner is not around and will most definitely not be calling. Looks like I'm in the clear. I appreciate the exquisite customer service, especially from the communications department.

Got my rental car impound and it just seems like they want yo give me the runaround and keep the vehicle longer then it needs to. I don't know why people are so greedy.

Recently my car got towed & My car is actually still in my grandmothers name. The next day when i went to bond my car out of jail. They needed the usual license registration proff of insurance. Only problem was nothing was in my name. At first he told me my grandma had to be the one pickiNG up the car. I explained i just moved here my grandma lives in Indiana she cant come get it. He had me call her she emailed him a couple things and he let me take my car. Any other place wouldnt have let me get my car. And my car would have sat and the cost would have continued to rise. He seen the stress and worrie and did me the biggest favor. im thankful he showed me mercy. Only negative thing I have to say is the price here for towing and not even having my car 24 hours cost me 250.00 is that the normal price here?? Wow!! 4/5 Stars
