I found SDS Security via Yelp, and I really wanted our system switch to work, but the entire experience was simply an incompetent hot mess on SDS.The tech had no clue what he was doing. An hour update of the equipment turned out to be a two-day ordeal... AND the system never worked properly. We were constantly getting tripped alarms. I called Steve and Jamie several times during the week that we had the system, and was still never able to obtain any assistance. My last call to Steve was ignored despite being told that he would call me back. No call back, nothing.We definitely lost trust and confidence with this company. Not a company I would ever recommend for security needs.

Zane has been extremely helpful with our installation and any subsequent maintenance / questions. He’s always such a pleasure to work with! The service is always prompt and thorough.
