The bedroom set we ordered is BEAUTIFUL! I was so nervous ordering online and not being able to see the future in person. I was also anxious about the shipping process. Everything went SO SMOOTH and I am so so happy with everything!

We ordered a beautiful piece of furniture from Carlos Imports. We had never heard of this website so we were a little nervous and skeptical, but our experience couldn’t have been better. We received our new breakfast nook in a week and it came in beautiful condition. There was some assembly, but it was honestly the easiest thing I think I’ve ever put together. Communication with Carlos Imports was also amazing. Nothing but great things to say.

We just received our dining table and 6 chairs. Aside from SCI's incredible customer service, and communication throughout the entire purchase, the furniture was exceptionally packed, so there wasn't a scratch on anything during the1,500 truck journey getting here. That's why we keep going back! Thanks

We ordered quite a few things from San Carlos Imports when we moved into our new summer home. They shipped very fast and the customer service has been wonderful. We also love our bedroom set. Its solid and great quality. However, the bedroom set is the only thing we have been happy with. We did spend a bit of money there so we're pretty disappointed. The barstools we ordered are not well made. Again, the customer service was wonderful and we have another one of the way, but the other two are starting to wiggle where the joints meet.. so I dont have high hopes for the life of these chairs. We are also very disappointed with our couch set. The staples that hold it together are broken and popping out of the frame. Customer service is seeing if a repair kit can be sent, but this is not something I would expect for a set that we spent over $5,000 for. Along with not being well made, it's also not comfortable.

I ordered a TV stand. It came with a broken leg but we loved the unit so we repaired it ourselves. Then we decided to order an additional TV stand for a different location. It was a different style. The craftmanship was TERRIBLE! The wood had cracked when they inserted the hardward in multiple places. (They obviously did not pre-drill the holes.) There was also a HUGH crack in one of the legs. In total, the wood was cracked out in 4 locations on the front side of the unit. It was obvious that the cracks started where the hardware was attached. When we contacted the company they stated that this was just "wood imperfections" from the natural wood. Seriously? I have many distressed pieces of furniture with rustic wood but NONE of them have cracks throughout. Basically they have very POOR craftmanship and call it "RUSTIC". When we kept pushing the issue, they offered a 10% refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased furniture online from San Carlos Imports on November 26th. I received my order today, December 15th and everything is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was extremely responsive when I inquired regarding approximate shipping timeline, and the courier they used for delivery (Daylight Transportation) was wonderful as well.People need to remember that while things move fast in the world of Amazon etc, traditional mom and pop shops might need a bit more time to process and ship orders.I would absolutely purchase from this company again- thank you for such a great customer experience!

My new TV cabinet and sofa table came today. Took about 3 1/2 weeks from order date…but I have to tell you worth the wait! They are beautiful! And the shipping and packaging was beyond my expectations! They arrived today…and it’s raining! But because it was packed so well it didn’t get one drop of rain on it! I would recommend their products to anyone! Beautiful!

Do not buy from this store online!!! What a rip off. I ordered online and it said 1-2 weeks delivery time and I waited 2 weeks and got no updates so I called the store to ask about my order and they said they sold it to someone in person and that I would have to wait another 12 weeks for my product…. That’s so unprofessional. Waste of my time and money.

After waiting over 5 months for a bed which I'd ordered from another manufacturer which was backordered every three weeks (each time it was supposed to have been delivered, I got another back order notice) and sleeping on the floor the whole time, I called San Carlos about this bed that I had seen on their site. It came in 3 weeks and I could not be happier. Rachel kept in touch with me right up through delivery, which included a very helpful driver. The bed is 10x more solid than the original one I'd ordered and I like it even more.

Stopped by here to check on a dining room chair. Was looking specifically for one like I already purchased elsewhere. (This was for a family member). They looked at their stock, found one which was not part of a set and gave me a great price. Loaded it in the back of my SUV and that was that! They were so very nice and helpful and originally didn’t think they had one of what I needed but checked in warehouse again and found one. I will shop here again and recommend it to others. So many places these days act like they don’t care, but they bent over backwards for me! I appreciate it!
