The slowest food court line almost all the time! employees move like snails when there are 30+ people in line. the way they seem to do it is take the persons order wait for their items to be ready then hand it to them. so if someone orders 8 pizzas you gotta wait. this is definitely not fast service. staff more people or something!!

I had a very bad experience at this location 6/15/2024 have been coming here for years but after this I will never . My boys wanted to try some of the samples , the problem started when we stop at the one where they had to older ladies sampling the Webster steak seasoning . The one cooking it tells my sons “The line is over there “ my boys then moved to the line . Then the lady giving the sample said something to my sons that I couldn’t quite hear . My boys left the line and I said we will turn around let me just grab what I need . We came around and I made sure I was in front of them and I said “okay go ahead and grab the steak bites” the lady giving the sample lift up the tray on top to where my kids couldn’t reach. And said “ YOU have to grab the samples” I said oh okay I did not know . She never said anything before so how was I suppose to know , she never even offered what she was sampling . I did make me upset that she just snatched the tray away from them and I even said “You do not have to be rude, you are being rude” , her reply was “I have to” I told her that she should of said something instead of snatching the tray away, I had other family members with me and my dad was throwing the trash sample away right next to her was a trash can and I guess she thought my dad was grabbing a sample and she did the same thing and moved the tray again. I can not believe Sam’s would have that kind of employee giving samples , what kind of customer service is that…

This was my first time going to this Sam’s. Overall it was a good experience except that I had a bit of trouble with the scan & go. I pulled up the QR code while I was in line to get the code scanned. I suddenly got the feedback screen pop up and that usually pops up after it’s scanned. The employee still made me look for the QR code but I explained that I already got the feedback screen and she kept telling me to go to my receipts and I did several times and she would tell me that’s not the right code so finally she just checked the receipt and let me go. Other than that I had no issues and the samples were great as always.

They didn't have any pizza in the cafe & that totally threw off my Saturday grocery shopping routine. They do have the AI receipt checker though. Scan & go ftw.

I like that they dont check your cart or receipt when you exit now. Not sure of their purpose at the door though. Sam's shouldnt be paying people to just stand around and grab with each other. And they were rude and dismissive as I exited. If they are not doing anything they should not even be there. They are creating a bad customer experience.

The nicest in bakery and I mean this. I drive from Mansfield to this specific location because of the Great Customer Service! I know they are compassionate and empathetic and truly love what they do! Always Positivity and That Means Alot!

Waited for someone to show us a chain at the jewelery station. Cashier said only manager has the keys to open it and she called the manager. He saw us waiting , cashier called him atleast 3 times . At this point we waited for more than 20 mins. Soon there were other people too who wanted to see the jewellery. He was there saw everyone but just decided to ignore. Worst experience ?
