Terrible customer service! They put final sale on my whole receipt for only one item. Then wouldn’t let me return the other items because the receipt said final sale. I will not be going back.

I used to love Sam Moon but the poor customer service is not worth the price increases. The customer service representative who checked me out today was taking the price tags off the jewelry as she was ringing up the jewelry and then putting higher prices in the computer to make my total higher. I stopped her and told her to remove half of the items. I can easily order all this jewelry on Amazon and get a better deal. Only shop here if you need something within 24hrs otherwise just find it online.

The store is large. They have a big selection of costume jewelry. We also found a hundred choices of handbags.The lady who checked us out was pleasant. However two ladies who were stocking the shelves were obviously fighting. Although I didn't understand that language - tone and body language said all we needed to know. It made us all very uncomfortableIt is well located and ready to find. The parking lot is clean and easy to use. They are handicap parking spaces as well.

Went to walk into the store and door was unlocked. Apparently I was 15 min early from store opening. An Asian woman just grabbed the door from my daughter and said "NO!" and shut and locked the door.Unbelievably RUDE! It's not hard to say I'm sorry we are not open yet. Yall lost a customer. I won't ever spend my money there.

Don’t touch anything. You might be followed and treated as if it’s a museum. Brought my kids with me and was treated as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. The nasty staff (old man and women) approached my kids and told us to look but don’t touch. Startled my kids. Horrible behavior and customer service. Never again.

Don't lose anything here! People will not even pretend to look for your credit card, they just yell at you and hang up. Business owners have no respect for their patrons, oh and theres no place to put your children in the shopping carts....

I hadnt been to Sam Moon in about 10 years. When i got there, there were only 5 other people in the store. It used to be so packed that you could hardly move. I didn't figure out the why until i started looking at stuff. It's WAY overpriced for cheaply made junk. It's not worth it anymore.

I have been going to Sam Moons 25 years & more. They had 1 in Dallas only, Iwould drive over an hour,to go. They are a girls dream come true and very budget friendly.

Sam Moon's used to be THE place to go for costume jewelry, handbags, luggage, etc... for very inexpensive items. Now, it's just over priced junk.
