Just re-signed my lease! The office staff is ALWAYS pleasant to work with, the apartment amenities are much better than other places I've seen, the dog park is a great place to chat with other neighbors, the grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous! The pool is always kept nice too!

Currently living here and there’s dog poop everywhere so be careful where you step. When I moved in a few months ago, my new dryer wouldn’t work because the plug that was installed was the wrong kind and didn’t have enough output to adequately run the appliances. But they were the only ones in the laundry area. The maintenance guy said he’d had to replace quite a few of them so he was used to it. Also, our truck was stolen from the parking lot and when I notified the office they literally couldn’t have cared less. Spoke to other residents who said they have requested security cameras for the parking lot before but the complex doesn’t want to spend the money. At this point, I’m just waiting for the lease to run out so I can move some place else:(

I was surprised to find that once I moved in this place has rats. I had to call maintenance on 3 occasions to deal with it. Glad I only did a 6 month lease.

It's no wonder this place has the raiting that it does current today. It's a shame for a new complex in a growing area like Alliance. The gentleman that greeted didn't seem interested to be there. During my conversation, we were interrupted by another individual who seemed much more people friendly and like you'd want to work with them. Josh handed me a brochure and rattled off tons of information; none of which was captured by myself. Even the follow-up quotes had missing details. You're there to sell.and you didn't even offer a tour; I had to ask you.Unless you have a specific reason to rent here (i.e. single and/or like to drink); then I'd avoid the area. I know there's walking biking trails, but one wouldn't know if people don't tell them.

I lived here for two years, everything was great until we moved out. Some things we did enjoy was how spacious the apartments were, and that you could enjoy nice walks at the park.The first thing that we didn’t like is that the walls are painted with very cheap pain(chalky) it gets stained very easily. Secondly, We were charged for a whole new stove top, when we moved in it was already very scratched. Third, we saw a very high increase of insects during the last few months. They will charge you so much to break your lease so be aware and ask questions before moving in.I recommend taking lots of pictures if you decide to move in, it will be very useful once you move out.

Not a good place to live.**response to owners comment: As a resident, I respectfully disagree to the comment that you strive to value and provide comfort to your tenants. I’ve had the same concern for over 6 months that has been brought to your attention. I’ve been promised different things that did not manifest. You let certain residents break the basic terms of lease agreements that cause consequences to other residents so I am not sure what emailing your team again will change. Thank you for the offer though.

Great community! beautiful views all around to enjoy , trail to walk right beside so you don’t have to leave so far from home . Great staff members, Gigi helped me so much made me feel comfortable every step of the way . Overall great apartments !
