Terrible, Horrible, Incompetence at its finest. Came out to repair a chip in my daughter’s windshield only to create additional damage. Now the entire windshield needs to be replaced. I know this was done purposely. No accountability . This should be illegal. Inflated the price and expected my daughter to be responsible for the cost associated with the technicians negligent actions. I will be contacting the BBB.

I'm not sure it was the body shop or the person who replaced my windshield but they left the inside of my car disgusting, filthy and in shambles. In addition, the never put my toll tag and registration sticker back on the new windshield. I couldn't find them anywhere. Make sure if you use Safelite to remind them to keep the inside of your vehicle at least close to how you left it and replace your tags when they're all done.

The people were friendly and courteous. The phone representative that set up my appointment was awesome; he gets 5 stars.
The repair, not so awesome. I went for a small rock bite, the star pattern is still visible. Unfortunately, it doesn’t photograph well enough to post a photo.
Additionally, they damaged my windshield in another place that is not even close to the site of the repair. It looks like maybe they dropped a tool or something. I laid brown painters paper on my windshield for the photo. It’s about 1/4 of an inch long. I will update this review if they fix it.

The most expensive option for glass replacement. Also happens to be super convenient, extremely professional and easy to deal with. A good choice for correct replacement.

Exceedingly upset with my experience. Had a technician show up to repair what was a negligible chip in the windshield. Almost not worth fixing but I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance so as a preventative measure I decided to have it repaired. Long story short The technician came out and shattered my windshield. Shortly after I received a phone call telling me that Safelite would take care of it and they scheduled an appointment for a week from today. Fast forward to exactly 5:00 in the afternoon on Monday in the middle of rush hour traffic and I get a phone call from safelite (presumably a manager) telling me that not only would they not stand behind their product but I was going to have to pay a $500 deductible. Exceedingly upset. I have already submitted an official complaint through Safelite and they assured me that it would get taken care of sometime in the next couple of days. I'm expecting a phone call from corporate or some sort of regional manager. A company this big should stand behind the product and services that it provides. To add insult to injury 5 hours later when I get home after a long day at work he also did not lock the vehicle. As stated before an official complaint with Safelite has been submitted and I'm waiting for a phone call back from them.

Technician Jose came and replaced the back window of our car with in an hour! Great service!! Definitely we would use this company again if needed. Very clean job!!

Tried to bait and switch me with over double the price for a recall on my 2017 F250. I informed him I did all the recalls on my vehicle and didn’t need that. He said he won’t do it unless I pay double.

Messed up my FJ Cruiser upper molding on a poor windshield installation. Refuse to fix/refund. Lots of wasted time and money.
Update:
Despite 2 whole days of returning to the Safelite location and being gaslighted by multiple “managers”, I have reached no resolution. I have not received a refund. Safelite refuses to make good on their work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to my worst enemy. They are crooked crooks.

No issues with repair on a crack in my windshield from a highway rock. super easy and smooth process. Took at most 30 min. Corey did a good job and was really friendly.
