I happened to be in town and was looking for some inserts for my running shoes. I knew Fleet Feet probably had one of those fancy scanner things, so I stopped in. The staff was super helpful. I was scanned and out the door with great inserts in about 10 minutes. Nice!

Was recommended to come to this shop by a friend who’s a running enthusiast. Was immediately greeted with a kind welcome by Nick! I told him I was in the market for a pair of running shoes that would feel like clouds on my feet and he helped me find exactly that! We ran my feet through a 3D scan and pressure tracker to analyze my rhythms and I was astonished by the technology and knowledge this place had to inform me about and I was all for it! I ended up getting a pair of ASICS that are supposed to be really durable and fit like a glove but feel like clouds on my feet. I’ve had running shoes before but none that were customary to my feet and recommended by a well educated employee. I really appreciate how the customer service was on point and if I could rate 10 stars then I definitely would! Safe to say I will be coming back and would consider this shoe store my HIGHEST recommendation when it comes to active/running shoes!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had this year! Nick is very knowledgeable and walked us through the fitting process like a pro. Now I have one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever had, which address things with my feet I honestly would've never thought of without the scan. Thanks Nick and team Fleet Feet!

Highly recommend going here! I am a novice runner who knows pretty much nothing about running shoes. After no wait time, Chris helped me find the right shoes for my feet based on the foot scan and pain that I’ve been experiencing while running. Chris was very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t go there to buy!
