I will have to say I did find a beautiful pair of boots for $1.49 very good found a couple of badass t-shirts for way under 10 bucks very happy with that but the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door no matter where I went she was there with this High how you doing attitude rude as hell and just sat there and kept watching me like I was going to jack the whole store wow in the meantime while I am over by the purses looking at them I hear an employee say she keeps digging behind the purses for the life of me they have next to nothing on their shells in the first area and yes I did move some purses around to see what was behind them my Lord I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life needless to say I want to go to this Ross store anytime soon

Lol, when Asset Protection follows the black lady all around the store and the other ladies robbing you blind in kids and Jr/women's section. I bought all my rags$$$. BTW, pick merchandise up off the floor, all of you contribute, not just one lil old lady trying.

One store manager in particular at the W 7th location needs coaching on how to properly assist visually impaired customers. A recent in-store experience showcased an extreme lack of empathy and also a need for training in handling & accommodating people with disabilities.
