I was assisted by the sweetest little angel at this store. I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a precious little thing.

I have been at this location several times since it’s open but the first time encountered a really nice associate, Tina. She is focused on the customer, accurate and efficient. Her service is superior. You need more associates like her. The location is neat not too crowded .

Of the many Ross stores we frequent for discount items, this is one of the cleanest. The staff is ok, not always the friendliest, I try to talk and make them smile, sometimes it works. Went in for dog beds, came out with 2 that were really well priced.
