The process with them started off great. They were nice people but the communication about prices and how they add fees in was ridiculous. I ended up paying them in complete frustration. Gave them two stars because my grandmother liked the work but had they have told me how they were going to Jack the prices up after giving me one set price I would have used someone else. There’s no way to put carpet down without tack strips. So why it was not apart of the initial estimate is beyond me. And I had my OWN tack strips. Was charged over 100 dollars just for tack strips. Will NEVER use them again!! If you have the money to blow there work is great but had I not been pressed for time with my project definitely wouldn’t have used them.

Haven't used them in over five years but now I'm going to used them again to update my flooring for my home. Can't wait to see the finished process.☺️

My first time buying carpet so I asked around and it seems this guy has a very good reputation. He has been there for years and always sees repeat customers. I knew what we were looking for and it was in stock. In and out in 15 mins. Very professional.

This place is like a diamond in the rough. It looks like the businesses in this tiny industrial park are gone and run down and then they open the door to all that carpet and padding it's crazy. They have pretty much what you need in the form of carpet and floor pads

Rosedale Carpet has now done 3 different houses for me, and a superb job every single time! Their prices are extremely competitive, and the quality of their work is better than most. (We had to kick a flooring contractor off a job and have them come finish). We've now had carpet and deluxe vinyl plank and tiles installed. They work quickly and with high quality. Recommend highly! More than highly!

I finally had enough of my carpet and went to Rosedale carpets to check out their tile for my living room and hall. Was torn between tile and the vinyl plank there were so many choices! Picked a couple and decided to do a room last minute in the vinyl to see if I want to eventually use that or the tile for my other bedrooms. Within a week and a half of going there and picking tiles, I had my floors laid! Price was great for me and they did a great job. We moved everything out prior except for clothes hanging in the closet. I noticed they had to move them so I expected to come home to clothes still on my bed, but no they put everything back and even neater than they found it ! They cleaned up everything so well. I couldn't be happier. Oh and the crew showed up 15 minutes early each day and that is definitely my style ! I hate waiting and being early is being on time to me !

I can't even begin to brag on this company enough! You want a quality, family ran company that will treat you right? That's Rosedale Carpets! Don't let the location fool you that it is anything different than superior. I was referred here by a friend and I personally used them for my home in Interlochen. They were able to get a designer carpet for me that other places were pricing at almost $11 a foot for half that cost! I now refer them to all my clients as their Realtor and use them for any investment properties. Don't hesitate to come here, check around, you will be amazed at what they can and WILL do for you. This business is how all businesses should be ran...honest, reliable and beyond fair pricing. Thank you, Rosedale Carpets, you are beyond top notch!!
