Horrible management. Went in looking for a specific couch that we had seen the week before at the alliance location. Found it but could not find anyone to help us, got up walked around and finally located someone. Told him the couch we wanted. When we walked back over to it a lady was sitting on it looking at it. He notified her and her sales rep that we were purchasing the couch. She decided she didn’t like that answer and complained to management. They came over and informed us that she was purchasing the couch. Shocked by this decision we decided to leave, she told us just wait she was going to look at it, but no thank you they lost our business. Much better experience at the traditional Rooms to Go storefront.

I have been a customer for rooms to go in different cities over the past 6 years. They have a good furniture but this branch has bad Management.Bought a bedroom from them a week ago after I picked up everything and made it back home realized that they didn’t load part of the bed. talk to them on the phone they said I can come get it and never offered me a delivery on the part that they missed. I went to pickup and speak to the manager Chris and he didn’t seem to care much. He said “mistakes happen.”While unpacking the rest of the room after that noticed that part of the paint was peeled off the drawer chest. I feel like dealing with the management again in this place is just a waste of time..I am leaving it at 2 stars only because I like RTG furniture..
