They have what you want and they can deliver fast. We’ve been shopping there since early 90’s and we’ve never been disappointed. The furniture lasts if you take care of it. It’s a great value.This time Jim helped us. He was courteous and left us alone until we made a decision. He was great to deal with!

They deserve negative stars!Your sales team lacks integrity. Once the sale is completed, the store won’t engage to assist whatsoever!! All furniture is delivered damaged or damaged during delivery. Let’s not talk about damage to your home.Then you have the nerve to warn people not to shop at a neighboring furniture store as if you do a better job.They give customers 48 hours to report damage even though they are closed on Sunday and make Saturday deliveries. I’m on delivery #2 of damaged furniture and it’s WORSE than the first set. If they discount for the damage and you keep the furniture “as is” they void the warranty.They won’t respond to BBB complaint.Delivery team all ALL SUBCONTRACTORS and I was told they are employees of the company- lies on top of lies.I should have believed the reviews.

We just moved from New York City to Texas starting afresh. Thanks to Brad for making this experience easier for us. He was friendly, they all are in there. But he helped us and he was truly helpful. Will be returning. It's clean. THEY are constantly cleaning the area. Even the other sales associates who aren't helping you with your sale are friendly and professional also. Very welcoming atmosphere.

We visited the Fort Worth Alliance location. Jay helped us out. We’ve been to many furniture stores and by far Jay was the best. He allowed us to look and make our decisions independently while just being present if needed, without over selling. In addition, the prices were the best we found on reclining sofa sets. If you’re looking for new furniture definitely go to the Alliance Rooms to Go and ask for Jay. PLUS we felt comfortable& accepted, unlike other sales associates we have encountered on this journey, it’s 2023 gay people exist and buy furniture together!

Jay was the best! We described what we were looking for and Right off the bat he showed us 4 different options that were all great. He worked with us on delivery since we needed it for a Thanksgiving we were hosting, which only gave us four days to get it set up. We had already gone to Living Spaces, who also had some good options but not as many that were spot on. Plus, when I looked up reviews for the couches at Living Spaces, they were hit or miss. We would really like a set and then when looking up the reviews some were horrible with picture evidence of the low quality. Not so with Rooms To Go. They all had excellent customer reviews. The one we bought was the absolute perfect couch for our new home. I am so glad we looked there. Plus, they have 60 months free financing (with an initial down payment that's basically the amount of tax). Did I mention Jay is the man?

I came to the Ft. Worth location off I35. I did not want to talk to any sales person when I arrived. I appreciated Brad respecting that as I by passed him. Eventually, I saw three sets that interest me, and looked for Brad’s help. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions.He was in no way pushy. I did purchase living room set. As I checked out I explained that I hesitated, coming to Room Store because of some bad reviews that I read online. He assured me that I would receive excellent service in the delivery of my furniture delivered and quality of my purchase.

Helen was great. We told her what we found online, she took us to it, we loved it, she wrote up the sale. She was efficient, nice and helpful without a long sales pitch or trying to get us to buy something more expensive. Highly recommend her!

The salesman Brad did a great job of assisting us during our visit to RTG. Very pleasant and patient. Brad answered all our questions and put my wife at ease. We have no problem working with him on our next visit.

We went in looking for a new couch. Van helped us narrow down our choices. She gave us great information, pro’s and con’s and we never felt rushed. She took so much time with us and it felt like having an old friend! Van is very personable and knowledgeable!

Easy, no hassle shopping experience. However, when it comes to delivery... I will never purchase another item from Rooms to Go. Waited from 7/9 to 8/12 for delivery of a sofa. The "tracking app" is completely worthless. The delivery team failed to call or text on arrival, and did not deliver my sofa despite me being home and not hearing anyone knocking. I called the customer service number twice on 8/12 and was told they would "work on it" for me the first time, the second time I was told to call back on Monday. The first call on Monday I was told that the old delivery date was still in the system and they couldn't help me. The second call on Monday, the rep told me had I called and requested a new delivery date the same day I "missed" my delivery, they could have helped me get the sofa much sooner. They say they took a picture of my front door. When I called the store, the person I talked to would not let me talk to a manager. This company is unbelievable.

Eric Church furniture sucks!!!! Don’t purchase. Recliner motors go out right after warranty. I know.. we have 2 of them after a 3 year warranty. $5000 down the drain with the whole sectional. They won’t help you. Never will go back. Alliance ftw store. Plus they’re fading bad. Not top grain leather they tell you. You’re screwed after warranty goes out and no support options.

Mr Jim was very helpful, friendly and patient. He gave us time to think about purchases . Also he helped us to find the office set that we had been interested in, but we didn’t know the name. We are very pleased and will come back.
