Jay B. was professional and on top of every request! He attended to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Worst furniture store to deal with. I got my bed after waiting months for it in October. Paid for delivery, installation, and warranty on it. Called them because the bed cut my hand due to a screw the installation team left in the bed rail. Footboard pine wood is chipping and the tech said they’d call me to replace. Now the bed is sold out and they want me to reselect something that is not even comparable or real wood. I tell them I want to keep my bed set and they don’t offer me any other options. I spent over $8k on furniture and that’s the customer service you get. Spend your money somewhere else.
