At 2:06pm that day a District Manager called and told me they were going to replace the pads and rotors at no cost at one the other locations they manage. I took my car in the next day and 2 hours later they were done installing new pads and rotors and my brakes don't squeak anymore. They really took care of my problem promptly after I wrote my review on October 11th.Thank You!

Miscommunications. Service manager is nice, but the tech working on my car was in the customer waiting area, fiddle-farting around while I was waiting for the ticket. Whoever the tech is, had zero concern regarding the fact I was sitting there wondering why my car that was “ready” still had the hood up and no one doing ANYTHING to it. He said it’s fixed, still waiting for the check engine light to “pop off” and he quoted me over $2500 for front and rear shocks and struts. Sounds high. Car wasn’t inspected because of the check engine light, and a fuel connector is supposedly the culprit.Last time I was there, it was much better service and things were ready.Crossing fingers for the light to go out. The most expensive oil change ever…$162., without inspection and the lights still shining bright. ??♀️??Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a wonderful experience here! We called regarding an oil change and we were given accurate and valuable information. We processed to bring it in and when we brought it the service was straightforward, pleasant, quick. Vince and Van hopped right on the issue! The pricing was transparent and generous. Am definitely coming back when I have an issue. ✨✨✨ 10/10

It was extremely hot outside and unfortunately i had a flat tire. as soon as i pulled in i was immediately greeted with a smile and asked how they could help. Jesse started working on the car in no time and got it done within 15 minutes! Great service will be back for my car needsService: Tires

Well somehow the guy left the oil cap on top of the motor and tried to close the hood. Well that go the hood caught in between open and closed but now it wouldn't open or close. Well I'm watching this unfold right in front of me for ten too fifteen minutes. All they needed to do was tell me what the he'll was going on but they didn't which had me a bit upset.Service: Oil change

I had great service on my first trip (inspection & oils change), and it was more affordable than I thought. However they gave me the wrong (another vehicles) paperwork for my vehicle inspection. I didn’t notice this until I got to the courthouse and I immediately called the shop. A younger guy answered and I told him what the issue was. He asked if I would like to come pick it up or email. I chose email because I was already across town. He asked to place me on hold before he got my email, I said sure. I was left on hold for 12min and 56 seconds before the phone hung up, super frustrating.But I would recommend them just look at your paperwork before you leave and pray you don’t get put on hold while at the courthouse to get your registration.

Called for questions about a state inspection the guy on the phone sounded as if I should know the question I'm asking, little to no customer service, sounded like he didn't want to talk to me at all, didnt even say goodbye on the phone he just hung up. As I arrived there, in my mind I thought they should have inspectors there it's a lube shop after all. I was dead wrong because when I walked in and asked if I can have an inspection done he said "all the inspectors are out at 4pm". Shouldn't that be something you should tell the customer when they call about an inspection? I also know this is the same person i talked to on the phone because he had that same attitude. I have done business with this repair shop before but if someone acts like that, I'm out. What a waste of time. Here's a little advice for next time if someone calls about something, sound like your interested in doing business with the customer, it's not that hard.

I brought my vehicle in to get an inspection in the morning. They said I needed a new hand brake. I asked them to repair it. They waited until they were about to close to call me and tell me they did not do the work on my vehicle yet. I went and picked up my car and strangely all the stuff in my center console had been taken out and tossed in the passenger seat. I had provided my insurance card for them already so there was no reason to have been digging through my car. It did not inspire confidence. I went to a different inspection place and they said my hand brake was fine and I passed inspection.Service: Vehicle Inspection
