Buyer beware!Tried to offer me 10k under the trade in value I received from an ACTUAL dealership and the vehicle I was trying to purchase from the wasn't even on their lot. Very suspect and I would talk to a real dealership before doing business with these people. "Richard Smith" clearly does not know what he is doing

Several years ago - Went to look at a '57 Olds 98 coupe they had advertised. When I showed up the guy in the salesroom was a complete j**** Said it was in the storage building and did not want to take it out. They wanted 60K for it and it sold for 35K at a Mecum auction a couple months later. Will never bother with these jerks again. I would have gladly/easily bought the car. The sales guy seemed like he wanted to spit on me.

These guys arent just "car guys". They are caregivers. You will not be sold anything by anyone at this dealership. You will be cared for. Ive known and worked for the owner and I must say that he is the most respectable, honest and real business owner ive ever had the privilege of being employed by. And the staff beyond the showroom floor, the guys in the service department, the body shop and the detail bays are the best in their trade. If it were not for the incredible employer that RLBs owner is I am certain Jason, Chris and Rodney would be maintaining professional racers vehicles on some circuit somewhere. Thats how brilliant and how good they really are. There is no reasonable request these men arent capable of or willing to do for their family of customers. Dont miss an opportunity to be cared for by this outfit. I sure miss you guys. Happy New Year.

These guys are in Fort Worth and we live in Plano, but they did everything they could to help us buy the car they had in stock. They drove all the way to Plano to drop off the car, gave us a reasonable trade value, and picked up our trade-in all with zero hassle. The staff was friendly and responsive. What a great place to purchase a vehicle. I would recommend them every day of the week.

Steve Malley helped me with my purchase of a Mercedes SL550 and would highly recommend him and the dealership. I live in Georgia so everything was done long distance. Steve took pictures and videos I needed to make a purchase decision. Made a deposit then flew to Texas for a day to inspect the car, then Steve made arrangements to ship the car to me. Someone from the dealership even picked me up and returned me to the airport! High quality cars on the lot, great repair shop on site. These folks are straight up and no high pressure sales or hidden fees. Do yourself a favor and check them out

They did not do their due diligence in removing the cars plates and tags that I traded in. 4 months later I get the tax bill for the vehicle, the person I spoke with said to tear up the bill and not worry about it. Then we called the taxing entity to find out that I needed to do some paper work to let the state know I sold that vehicle to RLB. I’m not impressed with RLB and could not recommend them.

Called them on the 3rd and was going there to look at a car. Was told they were about to close because of the holiday, which was fine with me. They said it will not sale over the weekend. I call them Monday before I head that way and now the car is sold. I was supposed to be call on Monday which didn't happen. Glad I didn't deal with POS like that. Go elsewhere

They made appointment for us to see car. We drove 45 minutes to get there, drove car, made fair offer then said we needed to talk for a few minutes. We were then text that car had already been sold - not 5 minutes later. The car had been on lot for 90 days!
