$90 just in labor for air filter replacement (in case you don't know this takes 1mins, no tools)
$285 just in labor for battery replacement (LOL)
$465 just in labor for rear brakes (pad/rotors)
These are obviously insane labor prices to which they will not apologize, as mentioned. If these prices make sense to you please try Rick & Ray's out

The overall experience was great. Their intake app is one of the best I've ever seen. The staff is courteous and helpful. The service was done to well. When I had a minor issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently! I'd definitely recommend Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza.

Rick and Rays had done repairs on husband’s truck it was very reasonable and fair. So we took my 2016 Lexus for brake repair. Front and rear brakes rotors and pads replaced. Initially said it would be 3000 but “he could do better” brought bill to $2653 when we asked what the labor fee was front desk said oh you have to ask Chuck. Why would this be a secret? Because it’s 200/hour. Should have gone to Lexus. My friend had the exact repair done at BAREBONES in Denton. Total charge $1100. We will be checking them out. Chuck if your reading this have mercy and refund the grift. Check your piggy bank on your desk. ?

I had an alternator and battery replaced in May of 2023 be was told I had a 3 year warranty. The car went dead and Triple A said although the battery was now bad, the alternator was the problem. I had it towed to R&R’s and they replaced them without me even having to come down. I picked up my car a few days later after hours and was grateful for accommodating me.

The staff was very friendly and got me in quick. They also offered a free Uber ride home, which is a great perk. They also didn't try and up-sell me on extra things my car didn’t actually need, which is a big plus. 10/10 recommend!

Our experience at Rick & Ray's was not worthy of a single star . My daughter relocated to Fortworth from PA we were concerned there was an issue with front left 4wheel drive hub according to sensor . Before leaving to return to PA we wanted to be sure her only vehicle was reliable . My husband found this place from Google we took it there & met Chuck who said they would check it out & also give it a 52 point check .Cost $190 , but he could do better . After having it 2 days only to say there was not anything wrong with front left however parking brake didn't work & lights on right mirror were out . Bill would be $1100.00 . I gave the OK for repairs , what I didn't realize $1100 was for diagnostics , no repairs !!!! Another day & a half later Chuck says brake & lights would be $ 3800 . No repairs done , we shut it down !! Paid $ 960 for lack of transparency , poor communication , what little bit done took almost a week & a huge amount of B.S. . I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like throwing money out the window. This business is unscrupulous!!! Of course this would not let me post unless I gave a star . I did under duress !
