My family and I like going to the bookstore, comic book store and eating ice cream next door. But we love coming to the toy store because they have a huge statue of the hulk in here and our 7 y/o son always loves seeing that. They even have video game consoles set up at the front of the store that you can try out like wrestling and Pac-Man. And if you want to talk to someone their customer service desk is always willing to help and chat with you if you have trades or are just browsing.

I couldn’t be more disappointing with the lack of service or care that I was just shown by the associate working at this place. I recently had a regular Xbox serviced with no issues. I called to ask if I could have a controller fix I told it would be $40 and no problem. When I walked in the door the first thing this gentleman told me was we don’t work on old stuff. He was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. I’m really disappointed that they hire people like this when I was having such great service at my previous visit.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, we’re always finding things we didn’t know we needed until they hit these shelves. Service is always impeccable, selection is always perfectly varied, and prices are always fair. We suggestion Retro to everyone we know, don’t sleep on this place!

The selection is good from toys to gaming. This isn't a giant store so easy to see everything and not get overwhelmed. The staff is friendly. Pricing is on target to normal market values. If you are looking for something for a collection or just want to walk down memory lane, this is a great option.

This is probably my favorite spot in Fort Worth to scope out retro games. The layout is good, the selection rarely disappoints, and the vibes are immaculate. Shout out to Gilbert for helping me find some dope Gameboy carts.

Gilbert is very helpful and informative. Great place with lots of wonderful retro toys and games. They offer a 30 day warranty on all of their consoles.

I sold my studio series transformers collection (about 16 figures in box) here along with a Nintendo 2DS XL. At first they offered me $160 but I got them up to $200 which is still extremely low for what I was selling. I felt as if I was getting mocked at by the employee making the deal and it honestly was a bad experience. I regret it and that’s on me for taking the offer. I give this place 3 stars instead of 1 because they have a good selection on funko pops and also the owner is nice. But if I could just go back in time to stop myself from selling here I’d do it in a heartbeat. Lesson learned is never sell here ever.
