They respond very poorly when you call, ask questions and get angry. I imagine they must have education and patience to answer the questions.

You know it's bad when the regional manager thinks he above the customers and off little to no help. I purchased over 40 cases and needed help loading. I asked were their someone in the parking lot helping customers load and he responded yes. I walked the parking and seen no one and went back in and asked again he responded we only have one loader and he must be in the bathroom or something. I waited 15 minutes and finally seen the loader and he said he been on break for the past 30 minutes well the regional manager admad said oh well we only have one loader. Terrible customer service

Great place to offload at! Very quick and efficient staff! They got me unloaded more then a hour prior to my appointment time

Don't come to this location. They don't deserve your business.
The cashiers don't like that church people come in. (I'm not one of them.) It's none of their business what use the food is for if you're paying thousands of dollars each shopping trip.
Ghetto part of the city, ghetto business tactics. Bad store manager.

They are trying to get new possible account customers but definitely are terrible about it. Came in as a non membership customer and asked about the temporary acceptance, the lady there at the entrance gave me a pass asked for driver's license and said to me that it was a one time pass only to not re-use it and that I could not come back to the store no more after that time. I guess one would get better treatment once you become a member, but unfortunately they've lost a possible prospect today. I came from Arlington to check it out but prices aren't any better that ones one would get a Costco or Sam's. Customer service wise they will fall below normal, cashier won't greet and they treat you like you are begging the items to be given free. In Arlington there's a Store that really welcomes the public, do not waste your gas and save yourself from a sure disappointment.

I worked there from their opening in 2009 to 2010, when I was transferred to another store. My job was to signup restaurants and persuade them to shop at the store.The store is well managed and the staff were friendly and helpful. I never lost a customer once they shopped.Would highly recommend working there or shopping there if you own a restaurant.
