As residents who previously lived here we had many bad issues with the apartment staff. We were forced out of our apartment due to the smell of a leak and called emergency maintenance many times but never got a call back so I had to pack up my child and dog and find somewhere to stay for multiple days. Even then they gave us portable ac units that looked awful because they were taped to the windows with cardboard and duct tape. They didn’t come to get them until we moved out and ended up leaving them there. We switched apartments and they did not allow enough time to fix the issues so the apartment they moved us into had completely rusted light fixtures and vents, there was mold in the showers, our toilet was broken and glued back together, there was a spot on the wall that I guess they tried to patch but it was just chipping off the wall, the washer and dryer were gross and broken so we did laundry at the laundry mat instead. There was very clear damage when we moved in that they decided to just paint over and are trying to charge us for previous tenants damages even after we were displaced from somewhere we paid a lot of money to live. I recommend anywhere but here.

Came in here with my girlfriend to view their property. Vikki was very kind and helpful. Didn’t have much questions to ask since she basically answered everything before I could ask. Good first impression compared to other places we visited. Hopefully we end up signing a lease here in the future.

Absolutely happy with this place. The office ladies are the best. They each go out of there way to help you out. This is our second year staying in this complex and we can’t be more happy. The community place is always clean and the pool is always open in the summer, on top of that very clean. Even after the storm rain they tend to clean it up within a day or so. Honestly pretty quite and very safe. Both times we had babies and dogs living by us and I didn’t even know until we ran into each other. The maintenance people get there work done quite fast too and you don’t have to wait for weeks for them to get it done. Thank you Republic Park Vista group for making this place an amazing home for us.

My wife and I had the BEST experience in apartment searching with Republic Park Vista. Vikki set the bar so high with her knowledge, welcoming/friendly demeanor, and professionalism- that the other apartment communities on our list were crossed out with ease and peace of mind. We love it here.

Pros & Cons. Office staff are friendly, efficient & I enjoy the events provided for tenants. Maintenance requests are prompt. The pool is nice but some people play loud music & bring their dogs. It’s quite muddy infront of my building, & along the walkway to my door after a rain, but it’s generally a nice place to live while we prepare to buy a house.

I'm very happy living here. This complex has been one of the best apartments I've lived in. The landscaping is kept nice. Very few dog droppings and trash because they walk the grounds and clean up. All 3 ladies in the office are very kind and honest. They communicate well and give updates through text and email when needed. I've never had someone from the office call me a few days after moving in just to check if things were going well and if I needed anything. There have been some community events like painting and free breakfast burritos. I never see any bugs in my apartment. Pool is nice. Workout room has quality equipment. Mostly quiet place with plenty of parking.

1 STAR REVIEW WITH REASONAudrey, this is because before the expiration of your QUOTE I have reached to your office. Intentionally you have simply increased the rent by $120. When I said, I have come to your leasing office before the expiration of your issued quote but you replied, “We give same apartment quote for more than one person”. This is called unprofessional dealing, instead I can say fake quote. Quote should be only one until and unless it get expires.
