Vanessa was a God-send! I needed 4 tires, She got me squared away the next day with a great set & a Pep Boys wheel alignment for my trip(s) while my daughter is visiting from Cali! I would give her 10 stars and her own store, if I could! ? Bless you, Lady! Now I am back on the road again with SAFETY on my side! I will never go anywhere else for my tires needs!

Came in cause I was a little confused on what was going on with my vehicle. Troy was working and helped me out, he made sure to make me feel comfortable and let me know what my car needed and was able to walk process. Will be definitely coming back!!

Needed tires quick. I called and asked about tires but they did not have the correct ones. The employee called another store and had the tires I needed picked up and delivered to the nearest location to me. The delivery, paperwork, and installation only took less than 2 hours. Very impressed! I will be recommending this location.

Came in this morning, no one in the front. Man Came from back seen my husband, didn't even acknowledge us and then turned around and went to back and you can hear him Start making phone calls. My husband and I decided to walk out then here the man comes but by that time we were already in the car. We had an appointment for 10:30, they just lost a sale and would never go back. This store had better customer service when it was Rent A Tire.
