Margaret is very very rude and needs to find a different line of work. She was rude to me when I first was going to rent from them but because that reason I choose not to. My mother decided to still rent form this store. She has never missed a payment or nothing. Margaret called my ill mother speaking very rude threatening her about she better not miss her payment even though she never has missed a payment. On a previous call she asked me mother if she lived in the ghetto and how bad her area she lived in was. Which has no shootings when she asked my mother that. Which she was referring to. If you are going to be in sales have some customers training ! It's not like she never pays. She has been a costumer for multiple years and deserves more respect then that.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences. From choosing the product I want, to availability, delivery or pickup, and everything in between. A special shout-out to the staff at the beach location in Fort Worth Texas. They really take care of me every time. Would definitely recommend.

Bought online and signed all agreement paperwork and paid down payment, called store and they said they can't help and the refund would take 5 days to get back after just takin my money . And saying I was approved online and to set up a delivery date now I must wait a whole week on refund.

The treatment my friend received on the afternoon of 3.16.22 was astonishing. My friend was in town and wanted to rent a laptop to use while visiting. We headed on inside and the instant my friend told the older guy working that we wanted to rent a laptop for a week, everything changed. We've never felt so unwanted or like we weren't worth someone's time. My friend was fully prepared and WILLING to pay the approx $150 to rent a laptop for 5 days. The guy working was doing everything in his verbal power to dissuade from my friend from renting a laptop, even tho my friend understood he'd be charged for a month's use and was willing to do so. Finally when my friend was dead set on the laptop, the employee hit us with something that would have saved us all some time if it'd been asked first - "where are you staying?". Sure, we didn't know different stores service different areas. We were out of the store's service range. Perfect for the guy 'helping' us, so he could win the battle. We left, and thought about the experience. Instead of going to another Rent a Center, we went somewhere else and decided to purchase a laptop since we were in the market for one anyway. If you want to feel like a valued customer, no matter how small the purchase, absolutely avoid this location.
