Stopped in for some new boots for work. Staff was very helpful, even helped to get the correct shoe size. I have purchased from this store before and after this experience, even with the drive from Arlington, I plan on making any and all other Red Wing purchases from this location.

Worked with Will, and he did a great job. He probably had 10 pairs of boots our for me to try on. I've had a few surgical procedures on one of my feet and it can be hard to find the correct feel and fit. He was very patient and understanding, even with my 2 kids bouncing around the store.

service is not that good been to the store three time for boots and they don't have a lot sized for big man ..they always out ,are tell you to go on line

I walked in 30 minutes before the store closed with a boot in mind, but the employees would rather rush me out the door than stay a few minutes late to finish my purchase. The employee said they make enough money, so they don’t need my purchase and would rather go home. I wonder if the owner or store manager would say the same. I don’t need to buy red wings from this location, especially if that’s the attitude of the store employees. I can buy the boots online now that my size is picked out. Red Wing still gets their money, and I still get my boots. All these retail employees are doing is working themselves out of a job. 04/10/2024 @ 6:04pm.

Went in to get a pair of work boots. Willy welcomed me and made me feel like at home. Was fitted for my first pair of pull on boots and I have to say they are perfect
