Horrible. I used to use this company often and the customer service and quality was excellent. I have come to find out they changed ownership and wow is it bad now. Will never use them again!!!! What a waste of my money!!!!

I'm sorry to report... I haven't even gotten our items yet. A month into our order (that no one can ever track down) and the store has gone dark. No one there for days now and no one answering the phone. We probably just lost $500 :(

If I could give 0 stars I would. They won't answer the phone, return voicemails and constantly appear to be closed for weeks now. They have a ton of our product and we will be filing a police report.

You can't get a hold of anyone. They can't find your order. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get shirts embroidered for my staff. Whoever took over is driving the company into the ground. Disappointed with their customer service doesn't even come close to describing how frustrating it's been. We've been waiting for over 5 weeks for like 5 shirts. It's completely ridiculous. We will be finding a different company asap....need to get our shirts back first though!

I have done business with Red Dog Studios for 16 years with nothing but professional customer service and products. They have been bought by a new owner and now are clueless as to what customer service is about. I understand supply issues with hats, shirts, etc. but when they neither call nor try to let you know there is an issue, I have an issue with that. I ordered hats in mid-November and have called them 4 times, plus drove 35 miles to see them in person 3 times trying to find out if they had done the hats. They never know what has been done or not and take 5 minutes in the back looking only to come up and tell me they aren't done. I finally decided to pull my order and asked for a copy of my digital file that I paid $35 for. They informed me it was $10 per 1,000 stitches for a copy of the file. Seriously? I already paid for it and now they want to charge me again. I am pulling this account and the older account from them and looking for a new embroidery supplier. I'll pay them to recreate the logos and script.

This place has no idea what communication or professional is. Since the change in ownership it has been even more of a cluster than before. I placed and signed off on a hat order more than 2 months ago and come to find out the order was never submitted. This is not the first time their lack of communication has been poor. The first time was on pens, the second time was on koozies and now this. Find another place for promotional items because this is not your answer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I trusted them with my white coat and gave all the details I wanted on there, but due to a huge oversight, the white coat is not at all what I asked for. I asked for M.S. after my name and my program name underneath my name. They did none of this. They looked at my order when I first came in and it clearly stated what I asked for so there's no excuse on their end apart from somehow missing the description I made sure was correct. I was charged $14.15 and they gave me a $4.15 discount since the order was missing key details. This does not at all make up for it since the white coat is a symbol of all the hard work I poured into my masters degree and into getting into medical school. Now people won't even know what program I'm a part of. Absolutely disappointing. I will discourage future HSC students from coming here so that they don't have to deal with the inefficiencies I had to.

I love the work and service of Red Dog. However, they seem inconsistent with their communication and updating clients with the status of orders.
