Returned back after a coffee mug had broken on the ride home. It was a christmas gift for a coworker so I was pretty stressed.. they replaced it and one of the gentlemen gift wrapped it wonderfully! Manager and surrounding staff were also very friendly. Thank you for turning my unfortunate situation around making it a great experience! Cheers, Adam

Came to get some Texas Rangers World Series merchandise. Lots of choices for both kids and adults. They also have plenty of Dallas Cowboys and other local sports teams and colleges/universities merchandise.

Large selection, several schools represented, even smaller schools (i.e Tarleton). Store environment is crowded because of the volume of merchandise they have.If you are looking for game day gear, go here, but recognize their products are officially licensed so you are going to pay more than at Wal Mart.Four stars because it's a good store for selection but nothing to blow you away.

This was the second time I’ve shopped at this Rally House. Both times the customer service has been very good, and the products I was looking for were both available and easily located. I will shop there again.
