Was in the men’s bathroom watched an employee use the bathroom and not wash his hands and then he proceeded back over to the area where they make food??. That’s disgusting I will never get food from here again now knowing that their employees don’t wash their hands after going to the bathroom!!!!

They always have ckean restrooms. Not to long of a wait usually. Fast and friendly staff Plus this is my coffee go to place.... I love Racetrac!!!!

One of the better designed RaceTracs we have been to.It's always clean. It stays pretty busy.They are well stocked on everything I saw. They make fresh Pizzas on site.Staff are friendly and efficient.

Absolutely appalling behavior from the staff. My 87 year old grandfather has stopped here on multiple occasions and order a pizza with our any problems. Today, 4/17/2024 at about 2:45 P.M. he wanted to stop in for a pizza. We ordered and were patiently waiting when a kid in a tan Race Trac cap walked up and rudely announced that "We don't make customs for anyone." Instead of allowing my grandfather to walk away upset, because he's 87, the kid began shouting goodbye in a very condescending manner and getting the rest of the staff to laugh and ridicule.....a simple 'I apologize but we no longer sell whole pizzas.' would have been the expected response from any other establishment. Were no adults scheduled today? It is what it is but wow..... disgusting customer service.....

The coffee area has been a gross mess the last few times I've been, once at 8pm and today at 9:30 am. The half and half was out. There were only 6 lids. The trash was overflowing. The counter area surrounding the creamers was dirty. There were 3 people working in the main area. It was NOT busy. Do they not have someone to check and clean this area? Make sure there are lids and cream? Especially on a cold morning when there will be a lot of traffic?
