I would give this store negative stars if I could. I spent so much money in this store for several years. The employees were awesome. Then they started hiring new people. Unavoidable I know but two particularly rude employees, one of which I think may have been a second shift manager and another younger woman who worked third shift obviously did not care for me at all. Dirty looks, patronizing attitudes. I went in to get some beer and cigarettes one night and the younger one informed me that she wasn't sure, but she thought I was a customer that one of the managers saw taking something on video and that she wasn't going to serve me. I was going to argue about that but I called corporate the next day. Was told it would be handled by the area person in charge. No call back or anything. Haven't been to the store since. Wanted to see the video in question but it's not necessary. There are other stores. Will make sure a lot of people will never shop there again.

This is my go to RaceTrac every morning.It shows that the new manager really cares. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The ice maker is a bit slow but that’s not their fault. So many customers in the morning that I bet the machine has trouble keeping up. Keep up the good work, see y’all Monday morning ?

I came in around 11pm to grab some items and the boy in a hoodie with blue dreads actually SIGHED when I walked up to the register. This is not the first time he’s been rude like this, and he makes sure to hide his nametag. It’s bad enough he works at the racetrac, but to be rude as well? Unbelievable this kid still has a job at all.

I come to this store because they always have their energy drinks stocked, unlike the QT across the street. It's also super clean, and the employees are nice.

This is disgusting! As a professional housekeeper I know how unhealthy and unsanitary this is. Toilet bowl brushes carry a bacteria called serratia marcescens which causes pink eye, urinary tract infection pneumonia and other gross infections and the employees at the race trac on golden triangle have a toilet brush laying under the sink in the womens restroom just laying on the floor with nothing under it! That is risking bacteria to grow! Not only that, Children can easily get their hands on this and put it in their mouths! DISGUSTING!!! Please store your toilet bowl brush in a proper holding container and put it up where children can not reach it! And please replace it every 2-3 months!

Absolute worst service we have ever received. Guy working counter tonight would not verbally respond to any questions he just pointed to everything. My husband still told him thank you and he never responded back. No respect, terrible customer service. If you hate your job so much or the people a customer service job is NOT for you.

RaceTracs ARE NOT always open. Just in this area, this store and the nearest one approx 5mikes away are closed often due to " shortage of staff" but your competitor [or maybe not so much since your always closed] seem to manage to stay open. So, how about this, next time you're closed for "staffing shortage" walk across the street & ask your 'competitor' why they're not & how they are able to do it? ???P.s. buy them a Starbucks & strike up a convo on employee incentives & management??♂️

For months this location has been understaffed with locked doors in the early morning due to Covid, which I totally understand; however, when I see three employees looking right at me as I pull on a locked door at 6:20am of an establishment that is supposed to be 24 hours is crappy customer service. At least hide in back to have your morning meeting instead of watching customer after customer pull on a locked door and then turning back around.
