Restrooms closed overnight
Have some respect for your customers. A 24 store is an oasis where people can get the basics to get through life.

Okay QT. I see you with your “push to open” button. I’m loving it.
Would have been nice if it actually worked though. ?

Got the biscuit and gravy at about 10 am. Absolutely gross, straight to the trash. Didn't even take a bite. Gravy was cold and lumpy. The biscuit was a hockey puck. Never.ever.again.

Convenience store with lots of gas pumps. Restrooms are clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Has a variety of hot foods available which are about fast food quality. Diesel is available at this location.

Top selling to the homeless that proceed to litter with this QT trash up and down this intersection please. There is a mountain of trash going up because of this. The homeless wake up and proceed to come to this QT to buy more trash to litter with at the intersection. They are in there all hours of the day buying snacks and alcohol. Between this and the Goodwill they steal from, this entire intersection has to be one of the worst in the state of Texas. This QT is like their cafeteria, I am contemplating no longer coming to this QT because the clientele is so often the homeless who litter and make this place an eye sore. Lots of people work around here and stop in for lunch and gas but the overwhelming amount of homeless is making this unbearable. Please keep us your paying customers in mind when you decide to sell to homeless who will turn around and throw another piece of garbage into an ever-growing mountain of trash..

I made a mobile order for a chicken , bacon, ranch grill cheese, I omitted the ranch and added dipping sauces. I thought on the side. Big fat nasty no three different sauces on this sandwich. One huge mess. I asked them where the dipping sauces were and the young lady said she put them on the sandwich. I said they’re supposed to be dipping sauces. Then another guy interrupted us and said no it says on the sandwich. Instead of trying to help me I left out of there so furious!! This is trash and I was too nice to not throw it at them!!! Very bad customer service!!!

Terrible customer service and customer care, doesn't matter if you're a regular customer staff is very rude especially the management, will treat with disrespect holding themselves on a higher level of worth than the people that keep them in business, and honestly even with all of that I have not written a bad review until now, but yesterday I ordered food from this location, it was astonishing how an employee could hand me trash in a box knowing I had just paid money for it, the qt on Hurst Blvd on highway 10 they hand me beautiful well nurtured meals when I order from there location, I can see and taste the love in every bite but this location does not care for the customers satisfaction in any way in comparison of quality of attitude or quality of product, worse than lazy i mean productively pushing away paying customers, if I didn't love qt so much it would be a 1 star review undoubtedlyDefinitely a dissatisfied customer

Great job harassing and scaring a special needs adult. Seems more like your employees have this chip on their shoulders about people paying with higher currency bills. My daughter entered the store shortly before 4pm, and paid for our gas and 2 sodas with a $100 bill. A young Hispanic employee tested the bill several times, holding it up, marking it, before finally accepting it. Once, maybe twice is fine, but to make a spectacle of it? Then she was looking around for chips. He kept following her around. She finally picked up a bag and walked past the door, to find something else. She is mostly full functioning, but today your employee made sure she was painfully aware that she would always be different. She went to open the door, to ask me if they were okay. To which he starts YELLING across so the entire store could here. "HEY ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THOSE? ITS OBVIOUS YOU HAVE MONEY! YOU HAD $100 SO YOU GOT MONEY!!" he effectively embarrassed my autistic daughter beyond anything imaginable and for what? A bag of $0.60 chips he assumed she was stealing just trying to show me? Did he also have to announce that she was carrying change from said $100 bill and making her now a target for the riffraff that hangs out around there? There were at least 2 people near the door asking people for money, but my daughter and her bag of chips were what he chose to make a spectacle of.We WILL be contacting an attorney who deals with ADA cases and WILL be making QT answer for this employee's ignorant actions. My daughter was so excited that she was gaining enough confidence to go to into stations by herself and your employee dashed that confidence within moments with screaming so everyone could hear. Is this how employees are trained? If so, then maybe a lawsuit will force QT to do better when it comes to training their employees about people with non physical disabilities. Especially about screaming how much money someone has on their person so they don't get robbed as soon as they leave the store. I just hope your employee is happy with the fact that my daughter spent the rest of our drive home completely terrified. I mean considering people just walk in, take fountain drinks, and walk out, it's deplorable that he singled her out when she did nothing but open the door to show me a bag of chips. She didn't run for it, she literally opened the door right in front of the register, in full view of all of the employees there. If you can't give your employees a simple class on dealing with customers with things like autism, mental delay, etc, then you have FAILED as a company. Although considering you hire inconsiderate thugs, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
