Absolutely terrible customer service. How are you going to deny me cash back due to not having enough cash or change. I needed a dollar in coins and she made it so difficult. I had to use the atm to get cash and then make a purchase to get the change I needed. She can’t say she doesn’t have the change when she was perfectly able to give change on my purchase. Lazy staff that is always the least welcoming out of any QT I have ever been to.

I just put $30 into the tank less than 30 minutes ago and it gave me less than a half a tank and I’m already back on the quarter empty this QT has horrible gas my car is stalling and I’m getting ready to speak to the higher up because it is now 855 and I got gas at 8:25

I wanted to know where their ATM was located and a very friendly and helpful attendant helped me locate it. But my subjection is to have a sign post above the ATM so that customers can easily find it. Because it location is behind the registers and some people will think that there's no ATM inside and probably leave without asking. So please if you want to make sure that everyone purchases something or use your services that you please post a sign right above the ATM so everyone can see it. When your store is crowded you just might lose some customers only because they can't see the location of the ATM.Thank you for allowing me to share my option

How do you have so many items out of stock in the QT Kitchen?! Cold brew, frozen coffee, toaster sandwiches, no fresh tacos option. If I go in through the kitchen doors and look on that rack will the ingredients be oos too? I'm going to McDonald's up the street because at least each item will be a dollar cheaper anyway AND I can get a free item on the app since I'm ordering curbside. Hopefully the trash options here is not because of the location...

I'm always walking my losing-weight ass down to this Quick Trip on foot. For ice, usually. And with bags, usually, given my transient lifestyle. Just a few minutes ago, someone who has served me or who has also been present when I've been shopping just told me that I have to leave my bags at the front. I was preparing to get some ice-no water or drinks. I don't appreciate the inconsistency or scattered energy. I don't mind following rules, though. It's just that this doesn't sound like a policy being consistently enforced. Because, people walk in there with all kinds of items, including satchels, purses, briefcases, backpacks, strollers, knapsacks, all the time. I don't think I'll be going back. I take what I said in this review here back now. Quick Trip, blame your employee...who could be a nice girl otherwise. I don't know who I am supposed to be in the grand scheme of things, but something in life has it out for me. I can watch a video about a famous singer suing somebody in a store over racial discrimination, and this will happen immediately. I could watch a video about somebody finding $20 on the road, but there'll be no money at all anywhere. can watch a compilation video of some of my favorite singing sisters harmonizing on some hymns, and then going to a store and have my mood ruined. But if I watch a compilation of people finding $20 or getting free handouts, then that doesn't happen right away. I don't have anywhere else to go for ice (for drinks) without abuse or inconsistent rules. I was born in this city, grew up on this side of town, and I ain't going nowhere. That's a shame.
